L'hotel Mamilla ofereix una terrassa panoràmica a l'última planta amb vista sobre el nucli antic de Jerusalem. Aquest hotel elegant de 5 estrelles va ser dissenyat per l'arquitecte Piero Lissoni i és a 10 minuts a peu de la porta de Jaffa. L'hotel té diversos restaurants i bars, com ara el bar modern Mirror, que ofereix música en directe, o la cafeteria restaurant de temporada, amb vista sobre la ciutat. El restaurant Mamilla Café serveix especialitats locals. Les habitacions de l'hotel Mamilla estan equipades amb TV LCD, llençols de cotó egipci pur i una decoració d'estil modern. Alguns banys tenen una paret de vidre transparent que es pot habilitar i deshabilitar. El centre de benestar Akasha és modern i inclou un spa i una piscina coberta. it is a beautifully modern hotel, innovative design- staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is very tasty, nicely presented. Make sure to catch the 360 degree view of the city on the sun deck. Indoor pool

The location - near Old City - Yaffa Gate and on the pedestrian Mall - is very good.The breakfast is very reach and good. The room is large. The design of the whole hotel is very modern and beautiful. In the room are some very interesting books. The windows give high protection against noises. There are some little things that did not exist in the room: coffee maker, a magnifier mirror in the bathroom, a digital clock with big leds. There are only two glasses.

Great location with elegant ambience. The only criticism I have is the design of the bathroom is totally non functional! Lighting in bathroom is beautiful but not functional. No place to put toiletries or even hang a towel..... but it looks elegant.

Great location, perfect service, stunning design, very good breakfast buffet If you pay more than usd400 per night for a room it is not acceptable to be asked to pay for wireless internet - this is free in almost all hotels of this category.

Terrific location within walking distance from the old city's Jaffa Gate and the fashionable Mamilla district. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was included in our room fare and worth it! Please consider that this is a kosher hotel therefore no hot meals are served on shabbat (between Fri - 7pm and Sat 10 pm) and no food can be taken from outside.

It is very conveniently located; 5 minute walking distance to the Old city gates. Very modern looking hotel. I did not find the front door staff to be friendly and the room service staff member that we encountered was a little rude. The check in staff was pleasant. I think it is overpriced for the service you receive. I found the breakfast staff to be cold as well nor did I think the breakfast was that great. I had spend a couple nights in the 4 star hotel Dan Boutique prior to checking in here and felt it was a better value for the money. It is a little further from the Old City but half the price of this overpriced hotel. Paying $550 you would hope they would at least give free internet but they do not.

The location is great, centrally located, close to everything where you want to go in Jerusalem. The hotel is stunningly beautiful Extra charge for Wifi: up to $25 per day. And rip-off rates for hotel phone use. I had to pay $2.00 per minute for local phone calls. To bad that a $390 per night hotel needs income from ripping of their clients in such a clumsy way.

Design of hotel/room was new and exciting. Staff was very professional. Hotel was located so close to the Jaffa gate and had an attractive mall to walk through to get to it. Price quoted by Booking.com also made it an attractive choice for us.

Beautiful hotel at good location near the old city. The kosher food and old bread that is served to everybody on sabbath. For an international hotel there should be an alternative kitchen available .

Great hotel, design and very corteous staff. Very goog localization. The inside swimming pool is cold (any way who goes to Jerusalen to go to the swimming pool?). But any way, after a whole day of walking, teh swiiming pool could be warmer and opened till more late.

This was my fifth stay. Amazing design if you like that kind of property. Price was quite high due to a winter stay and hotel being half empty. They changed the staff since the last time and they could use a course in customer service. The gym/spa is first class. It would have been nice to be acknowledged for loyalty to this hotel.
