it is a beautifully modern hotel, innovative design- staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is very tasty, nicely presented. Make sure to catch the 360 degree view of the city on the sun deck. Indoor pool

The location - near Old City - Yaffa Gate and on the pedestrian Mall - is very good.The breakfast is very reach and good. The room is large. The design of the whole hotel is very modern and beautiful. In the room are some very interesting books. The windows give high protection against noises.

There are some little things that did not exist in the room: coffee maker, a magnifier mirror in the bathroom, a digital clock with big leds. There are only two glasses.

If you pay more than usd400 per night for a room it is not acceptable to be asked to pay for wireless internet - this is free in almost all hotels of this category.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities. Impeccable reputation very contemporary.deffinately reccomed it if you want to pamper yourself.

The location is great, centrally located, close to everything where you want to go in Jerusalem. The hotel is stunningly beautiful

Extra charge for Wifi: up to $25 per day. And rip-off rates for hotel phone use. I had to pay $2.00 per minute for local phone calls. To bad that a $390 per night hotel needs income from ripping of their clients in such a clumsy way.

The great location, close to old center. Very comfortable and soothing atmosphere. Buffet and restaurances-home-typed meal. Very attentive staff.Rooms which no wish to go out.

Great hotel, design and very corteous staff. Very goog localization.

The inside swimming pool is cold (any way who goes to Jerusalen to go to the swimming pool?). But any way, after a whole day of walking, teh swiiming pool could be warmer and opened till more late.

This was my fifth stay. Amazing design if you like that kind of property. Price was quite high due to a winter stay and hotel being half empty. They changed the staff since the last time and they could use a course in customer service. The gym/spa is first class.

It would have been nice to be acknowledged for loyalty to this hotel.
