enige positieve is dat het in moderne shoppingstreet is gelegen zeer kleine kamers, slechte schoonmaak van kamers, ongeinteresseerd personeel. het tegenovergelegen david citadel, waar ik vorige keer was, is vele malen beter en heeft circa dezelfde prijs..diner/ontbijtzaal is ingericht als cafetaria. totaal ongezellig hotel. de grote hotelketens in tel aviv zoals hilton, sheraton zijn zelfde prijs en ook veel beter.kortom was teleurstelling. af te raden |

We had seaside view of 3 other countries Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt it was overwhelming & our outside terrace was magnificent. Great location & mgr of hotel was very accomodating. Don't book massage services they r useless & not licensed-1st time I have ever complained about a spa service Spa services waste of $ & if u complain 2 hotel they can't do anything because the spa is seperate from hotel-don't book & u will have a much better use of ur $ |

Has a beautiful restaurant in the roof with a magnificent view of the old city. Beautifully during day and night time.best of all is the location, just above the mamilla shopping area and just outside the old city and walking distance to Ben yehuda street |

The design, architecture, style of the hotel was spectacular. Every detail complimented the other with beautiful music, flowers, wonderful books scattered throughout the lobby. It represented a very high level of modern design mixed with ancient Jewish history. |

Location, hot water were the two good things about the hotel Hotel was form over substance. Things looked good but nothing worked right. . Square toilets, electrical plugs and switches in the wrong place. Housekeeping does not respond to the nifty lights. Breakfast was the worst I've experienced in 20 years of visiting Israel. Not a value! |

In the room there is too much glass. The glass walls of the bathroom consume 50% of the room. The bath is square, like a stone coffin and one cannot relax...and can hardly be used. The bed is hard.like a board. The toilet is square..We had a room to a view to a busy, noisy street and all we could do is close the curtain and forget the stay. Such a bad experience, never again!The swiming pool is in a dark cellar 15 by 5 meter and from 90 to 115 centimeter deep This hotel is probably for busiiness people who preferr modern design instead of comfort. |

Proximity to Old City was fantastic as was the view from the rooftop. The bathroom area was difficult to negotiate...small and the lighting and mirror space was inadequate for women and their cosmetics. The room itself was quite small. |

the beautiful design of the place, the individual attention the quick service if we needed anything in the room and the cleanliness. I think the bathroom needs improvement as far a lighting. in fact the whole lighting in the room was complicated. the pool is gorgeous but it needs in my opinon something to hold on to when getting in at the deep end. |

Well designed, cool looking place. Good location. Breakfast was good. Concierge / hosts were good. Roof-bar good. Is 'too new'. Alot of things haven't bedded in yet. Small minor things that they need to improve. Bill itemisation was poor. Expensive internet meant i ended up walking into town to use Internet Cafe. Lighting in room is complicated to use. There's a night-light in bathroom that doesn't turn off. TV seems to only go onto standby mode - which leaves a small distracting light on as well as using up electricity. Not keen on black-out curtains. Needs more substantial dining options. |

smart and elegant design. everything available, incredible location, good food, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, small problem with the timer in the room that turns the lights off after 20 minutes. we would take a shower , come out of bathroom and the lights were out and would not go on until we figured out that if we opened the door to the room it would reset |

The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had during our Israel trip. The location of the hotel to the Old City was great. The Mamilla was not nearly as stuffy as the Citadel. The gym was not ready during our stay. |

The hotel is very nice and well located. The hotel staff still needs to get it together .... 3 people standing at the entrance, and nobody that helps you open the door. The same lady was at the door every day we were there and kept asking us if we were checking in! No clear distinction between concierge and check in, so not sure who to ask. The mini bar started making loud noises in the middle of the night, and woke up our two kids and we received no courtesy for that either. |

wonderful design, ambience, lovely helpful and pleasant staff. Nice to have some fresh fruit in the room. Headboard was "rolled metal" - looked smart but cldn't sit up in bed at all. Construction dust or some other irritant seemed to be in the air conditioning system, leaving us both irriated and coughing when spending time sleeping or getting cleaned up in our room for any length of time. Nowhere to sit down for hair drying or makeup- mirroir was clever, small, not great and nowhere to use it unless you carried it out of the bathroom to the table- awkward for and therefore time consuming for a lady to do routine grooming. A in room coffee pot would have been very welcome. The pool area is too dark and poorly ventilated to be pleasant |
