Excelent design hotel in the center of the city. Modern and luxury - 100% costs its money. To my opinion best hotel in Jerusalem!

The atmosphere Friendly service Excellent breakfast

A hotel of this level and this much expensive annot charge 18 usd a day for internet. Afterwards, why charging 450 usd for the room, not to offer internet?!?!

I like the design and the location. We where there just for one night so I never eat there I had just the breakfast and I didn't use the Spa but the Hotel is really beautiful.

We loved the design. Room was perfect. The see through shower walls are really cool. Good breakfast and really cant beat the location.

I hate to complain about this, but for such an expensive room rate, guests should not pay for parking or wifi.

Great hotel with several significant comfort and convenience compromises to maintain purity of the Zen-like architectural design concept. Fabulous people and service at reception area, excellent training and exceptional attitude and helpfulness - world class. Cool electronically opaqing glass in bathroom - always wanted to try it. Good breakfast but food and service could be improved. Nice view on roof, but wish we had a view.

Lacks good views even from our 7th floor room. No space for stuff in bath. Need a door on toilet. Light from bath can't be contained from sleepers at night because walls of bath are glass. Mattresses a bit firm, pillows thin. Dim light is cool looking and efficient, but dark. Total lack of adornment is at times unimaginative, but preferable to cheap hotel art, so I hope they leave it alone or pick a great art collection. Spa and pool are not together, pool mediocre. Spa lacks many typical amenities, and had the least service. Turkish bath wasn't hot or comfortable, no where to hang towels. Poor signage in hotel.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Old City and all tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable.

1. Extremely overpriced for what you have. We paid 760 us Dollars for the room with one double and one folded bed. 2. the staff in the bar on the 2nd floor were appallingly rude. There was a waitress shouted at me when i've tried to take a seat and it was extremely embarrassing and upsetting. 3. The breakfast was quiet poor comparing to the price per night. 4. The Minibar's door in the room was blocked and nobody comes to open it after i phoned to the reception. I could go on, but I think this is enough to understand that this attitude is unworthy of the "luxury" hotel in this price level.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is just minutes walking distance to the Jerusalem old city and the shopping district where you can find coffee shops and convenient stores. The design and the food of the hotel are great.

I think the staff are not well trained. For example, I wanted to order room service, and there were 3 different menus in the booklet. When I asked to order the veal, they said it was not available, while this dish was clearly indicated on the menu. Then I ordered something else from the menu, once again, it was not available. So I asked, which menu should I order from, they said, I did not know. I waited for 20 minutes for a waiter to come to my room to clarify what they offered in the room service menu, the result was that the waiter did not know which dish was available either. After one freaking hour, I still had not known what were available in the room service menu. This hotel is overpriced, given that the living standard in Jerusalem is not as high as USA, its room price is similar to what you would pay in a luxury room in NYC city centre. Rediculous!
