Decor: compact, attractive 2 floor flat.Location: center of Tel Aviv, walking distance to shopping, beach, cafes, nightlife. Amenities: fully furnished kitchen, clean, new bathroom with small washing machine. Even a balcony.
Should have instructions for washing machine.
The experience with this hotel was really scary! I don't suggest it at all! After a regular reservation with booking and putting a very clear special note that I would have been at Tel Aviv's airport at 2.15 in the morning, to let them organize for the check in, I was left at 3.45 in the street!!! Nobody was there, but above all if the should have a mobile phone for emergency call, you better know that that number has been not available! I had ask to my friend a that time to host me and that was unacceptable!!! I'm getting angry only thinking about that. In the next day I did come to the "office" and the owner to excuse himself told me that his assistant sent me an email to give me all the informations to get into the supposed duplex but when I asked him to forward me that email never received he couldn't do that and you can easily understand why: never sent, I'm not stupid! Just to finish the bad experience there after the check out of the duplex, you cannot talk with anyone to leave the baggages, because again nobody was at the reception and nobody answered at the only number put on the booking confirmation!!! And again I had to ask favors around there to store my stuffs for some hours. Really unbelievable!!! I use to travel all around the world changing frequently flights and hotels and a very bad situation like that has never ever happened to me.
I will only state facts and let you be the judge: 1. There was no water when we arrived. Only after asking were we told that it was being fixed. 2. If there was a fire, you would be trapped as the building and floor doors are locked by key! Yes you have the key, but in a panic situation, would you find these keys? There is no fire exit. 3. On first going there, I had to call three times to get clear directions. All they mentioned is Brenner 2. No help beforehand with directions. Hello, I don't live in Tel Aviv. 4. The television never worked, even after the odd caretaker tried to fix it. He told me it was always that way everytime! 5. Yes it is close to a bus stop, which is convenient, but you will have to bear with the sound of buses stopping and starting all through your stay. 6. The balcony was unkept. 7. The door to the apartment is made of very light material, which made you feel it could easily give way. 8. No telephone in case of an emergency.
Clean place Very good location if you want to be in the city center
Very small Very bad value for money (too expensive) There is a kitchen, but no utensils and pan. So you can't use it
Not hot water Not Black out Very noisy
The address is not available after making the booking. The booking directs you to the worng address. We faced a lot of difficulty to locate the place.
the position was very good.
the furniture in the apartment was drab and old and stitched up so you didn't feel comfortable sitting in the sitting room area The "balcony" was filled with rubbish that needed clearing away and it didn't feel as if you wanted to stay any longer than one night.
Cheap and simple place. Bedroom, hall with kitchen and washroom. Very clean. All connection with owner were by phone only. Central place.
From outside its looks scary. Very old building. It's not looks like hotel or hostel. It's just room for night.
Easy going staff and the fact that nothing was so much trouble and how helpful they were.
the price was good and if you don't think about noise, I'd recommend you to stay.
The apartments on king George were very noisy, and I think we were only one who was staying in the building, which is just after the repairs, it's smells of dye. We changed it for another, it was much more better, clean, cozy and a little bit more quiet. Wi-fi didn't work all week..
new appartment at a good price; friendly neigbours on the ground floor helped us to contact the lessor
key was missing when we arrived and we had to wait 1hour for the staff to bring the key
central position, very friendly staff, very late check out without extra charge, clean, silence, 10 min to the beach, speed wifi, near the best spot for the night life of tlv highly recommende
Great location! It is very close to the Dizengoff Shoping Center and 100m to the famous Carmel Market ! A very cozy suite with a lovely balcony, I enjoyed the stay here.
It was a terrible experience to take my 2 suitcases up stairs... The door, the tables, the closet were quite dirty.
