Perfect location towards beach and central square with shops and cafes. Good facilities. Comfort and clean rooms.

Very helpful, easy-going staff who quickly put right any shortcomings in the room. Free tea and coffee all the time. Generous buffets at breakfast and dinner. Tolerance of children and large parties of tourists singing hymns at the dinner table.

The service at dinner was a bit slap-happy. For instance, we were still eating our starter when the waiter slapped a chicken leg on our plates and served hot rice for the main course.

Old furniture, the bed is not much confortable, the tube was little dirty, some noises stranges after you close the water of the tube or showher but it finish in 05/07 minutes.it is not a big trouble.

The rooms were outdated. However, the bed was comfortable. Budget 6 style. Very friendly staff at free breakfast buffet.

No parking available. Had to pay at a nearby public parking lot.

Hotel is a bit run-down, first room we were given had not been cleaned, used towels all over the bathroom floor, had to look at several other rooms before finding one that was acceptable.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable, and the cleaning lady was very sweet. The complementary coffee in the dining room was a particularly nice touch and the free wifi throughout outstanding. I did have a problem with the water pressure in my shower but they fixed it. It still wasn't fantastic but my friends in other rooms said it wasn't bad so I'm either too fussy or my room was a bit of a problem (406). I was there for 4 days for a family celebration. This was a clean, friendly and very well located hotel of exceptional value. I couldn't think of anywhere better to stay.

The mix-up on my booking. I was sent to a room (with a working key) that someone was already in and using!

Everything. Room was a mini suite - I don't know if all rooms are like that but that one was super. A fridge, a counter top and cupboards very nice. A huge terrace! Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is great. Price was very reasonable. We will come back.

For me its compactness was everything, a few steps to the dining room, a few steps to the front terrace, no long lengthy trudges from one area to another. We stayed in a family room at the top with a huge, huge balcony. It is a shame about the angled sea view but unless you intend to sit on the balcony all day long its no big deal. Also its so close to the centre with its cafe's and shops. In a fairly short time the promenade area will be finished to a piazza type layout where it will be excellent.I Would not hesitate to return.

Being near to the city centre it runs the risk of a noisy night or two. We only had a one in a stay of eight nights.

Front desk staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Very near lovely beach. Great coffee machine dispensing 24 hour real coffee. Large room. Efficient fridge in room. Free wi fi.

Run down to the point of seedy. Chipped old furniture. Repairs been done very slapdash with no regard for aesthetics. Cheap and nasty bathroom products. Room not very clean, dust everywhere above eye level, moved fridge so we could plug it it (why was it not left within distance of cord reaching socket anyway?) and found rotting banana beside it. Mediocre breakfast with Fawlty Towers staff (actually was a source of amusement but wasn't intended to be).

No complaints lovely kosher food and very helpful staff at meals free internet good atmosphere and encouraged mingling free drinks in lounge just a very comfortable holiday environment and great for the beach lift and beach.

Overbooked so I could not get another night.

I will stay there again.

The WiFi was useful. Breakfast was not very good. Rooms basic but clean and quiet. Lift was out of order for one day so had to walk up lots of stairs. Reception were friendly and very helpful. If they did not have free wifi it would have made stay much worse.
