Very pleasant because of excellent staff, great location and superb breakfast
nice clean and sweet
I liked that everything was brand new. The breakfast was delicious . The staff was pleasant and helpful.
We booked a superior room after reading that the standard room was tiny. Even the superior room was in the small side . With the 2 of us and our luggage it was a bit cramped.
Brilliant location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
Friendly and efficient young staff who knew me by name for the entire stay from check-in onward; helpful in organizing airport transportation & recommending local restaurants. Small room, but with all necessities in fine condition, high quality toiletries, and recently upgraded redecoration; very comfortable bed. -- Excellent breakfast! One morning's breakfast was not available, so food was offered at a local seaside restaurant, and the staff reduced that day's room rate by 20%, a classy move on their part. -- Quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean, convenient location.
The Lobby Bar/Lounge was not open during my stay; could not get even a coffee other than at breakfast.
fabulous design, urban modern soft cotton sheets and wooden floors and clean and fresh. Nice strong and spacious showers...quiet and fantastic tasty breakfasts. free upgrade of room and fresh and beautiful vertical gardens in breakfast room.
no complaints.Loved everything and would definitely stay again.
The good location The cleanliness The modernity of the building The food (breakfasts) The friendly and helpful service Good lift (elevator!)
The room was very cramped. There was hardly any room for suitcases. Also it would have been nice to be able to have coffee and maybe a snack outside breakfast hours. There is a nice bar, but only serviced at breakfast time.
Room is very very small
Great location and friendly staff
"Standard" room too small for a couple
The staff were exceptional. So friendly, helpful and so wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, the beds are comfortable and the showers had great water pressure!!
The wifi did drop out a bit, but it wasn't enough of a problem to be something to complain about
friendly atmosphere and good service
Rooms are small
- the staff (especially sima, dani, alex and many more) were super helpful and made you feel like a VIP --> they were genuinely interested in making the stay a good experience - the location is almost unbeatable it's maybe 1.5mins away from the beach and you can walk north and south - wifi was easy to access and faster than many other hotels i stayed in - they had a conflict with the chief for breakfast so we were able to have a free breakfast at a nearby coffee...that's what i call service - the rooms might be a bit on the smaller side but the hotel is modern, clean and has a very homey feeling
- nothing to complain on my side :D
Location is perfect, just set back one road from the beach and off Ben Yehuda Street where busses go to most places. Staff were more than helpful at all times, room was clean, modern, fresh.
We booked largely because of their highly rated breakfast - which wasn't on when we got there (we had no warning of this). But the hotel gave us a discount and offered a continental breakfast or a breakfast in a cafe on the seafront (al paid for), so it was handled well.
the interior garden
Loved the location 2 minutes from the beach. Very modern hotel with a staff that is second to none in service. Out of this world good breakfast. Molly Blooms Irish Pub has to mentioned as a plus as well.
Love the decor and delicious breakfast..kindly even gave me a free upgrade..sense of generosity
Breakfast is something that may change your day, everything is special and so good. I love it.
Style, location, service
Too expensive for what it is, room size small, breakfast good but not great.
Location and breakfast were fantastic !
Rooms very small but clean and nice
The rooms are too small (even deluxe rooms ) and the windows are too small also
To small rooms, now space for laguege
It's a new hotel, very clean and efficient. Close to the beach. Breakfast ok, but not special. But super for the price!
The hotel has no character. Don't look outside the window of your room.
great location, nice hotel overall, but..
breakfast was supposed to be a great experience, it was terribly disappointing, and everyone got a partial refund actually because of mounting complaints
- The hotel is well-positioned near the sea and several main areas of Tel-Aviv. - The hotel is clean and generally comfortable. - The staff are friendly and helpful. - Nice bathrooms. - Good breakfasts. - Free access to newspapers.
The rooms are very small and narrow. If you attempted to swing the proverbial cat you'd kill it long before you reached even 90 degrees! Despite having a bar, the hotel does not offer coffee at any time other than at breakfast. We wanted to invite friends to coffee in our hotel but this was not possible nod we had to go elsewhere. The communal lounge area, while all right for a handful of people, is narrow and has limited comfortable seating. There is no parking space. The hotel has an "arrangement" with a car park elsewhere, but this is not cheap.
Everything. Orly our bathroom flooded. But they fixed it ASAP and it was Shabbat. Breakfast was delicious.
