Park Hotel is in the center of the city of Netanya, along the garden-lined seaside promenade. It offers sea views, swimming pools, and an on-site restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Everything else, the place lacked all amenities, nothing worked, and the staff made you feel like they were doing you a favor
Reasonably near Caesaria,
Terrible place, surly and unhelpful staff, shower floods the room, AC not functioning.
Really isolated, no public transportation (need to bring your own car or be at the mercy of taxis), no kosher food available (I mean, we're talking Israel, right?), & extremely poor WI-FI (even.in the alleged "hotspot" by the reception). Also, the TV didn't work (but I didn't bother to complain about it), and the air conditioner sprayed so much water that I couldn't use it.
Right in the beach
Close to a power plant. Far from anything else. More like a dorm than a hotel.
Right on the beach, lots of food for breakfast and dinner, within walking distance of Caesarea National Park. The beach bar next door serves snacks and beverages
This is a hostel, not a hotel, really, and the beds are extremely firm and the towels musty and see through. You also damn well need to know where it is, because there are no signs in English.
it is more basic than you can expect. Too expensive for what they offer. In addition:we woke up and the room was flooded! all the luggage wet! for one night I had all in the bag on the floor! a boiler broke during the night and the water spread in the rooms. They did not care even to apologise. Better to stay in a place near Cesarea if the other hotel is full!
that its on the on the beach
breakfast , location (hard to find)
I liked that it was on the beach, and from the beach I could access the archaeological site (Caesarea) for free! The staff was fine; I got in at night, no where to eat, but they included me with a team of female basketball players who were staying there. This was good, because there was no store/restaurant anywhere!
Real difficult to find, no signs, no one at the kibbutz knew the name of the hotel, but when I just said "hotel," they could point me in the general direction. But I had to ask several times -- no signs! It was also expensive, more than the other hotels I've booked on this trip. I don't know why.
Breakfast was a traditional Israeli breakfast--fresh and tasty.
We were there off-season in November, and the staffing was skeletal.
Superb position, breakfast in a separate building overlooking the sea friendly, ample and attractively presented.
Rooms basic, though adequate. feels impersonal and staff casual though accommodating.
Room was clean. Right on the beach so good location!
Receptionist totally unwelcoming. As were arrived Friday afternoon and left on Saturday afternoon (during Shabbat), there was no one able to help.Fortunately have a friend nearby who was able to take us to a shop nearby to buy some water as everything closed!
