The location is perfect and breakfast is ok
There was an aweful smell in the room; noise from the front desk, bathroom walls have not been cleaned in a while...
Nice seaview, terrace, breakfast
Smells not so nice at the beginning
The well-known israeli breakfest was a big dissapointment in this hotel- not a lot of options for food, the dining room was very dirty also. The room looked nice but the windows were not sealed very well so the rain was entering the room (plus the wind). The bathroom was also pretty dirty and I even saw a couple of bugs. Not a very good experience overall
Beds comfortable and clean, good amount of space. Good water pressure. Rooftop patio was nice. In response to many problems, one staffer really tried to help with what she could. Had unit cleaned, provided dishes etc for kitchenette, towels and robes, etc. Hotel staff stored our luggage for the day after we checked out, and arranged a taxi to airport.
Unit is in separate apartment building across the street, not in the hotel, with access down an alley. Unit looked under renovation, was dirty and unpainted. At arrival, kitchenette dirty, missing most dishes, no pots or pans, others were dirty. No robes, not enough towels. Hot tub never heated in 3 days. Curtains broken,no desk, insufficient furniture. Inconsistent hot water for shower. Breakfast provided so so.
Israeli Breakfast is good. Location is convenient
Shared bath room did not work well and could not get hot shower The main door is hard to open/close No TV
Location close to sea - side, excellent view from the superior room. breakfast was good, except the coffee
standard rooms where noisy, because of the air-condition of other rooms. one kakerlake was seen
The room was barely enough to contain the bed. No lift. Noisy street.
No warm Water, we had to share the Bathroom and the Toilet with other Guests (no warm Water because too many people used the shower) No safe in our room No heating/aircon (very cold and raining on 2nd of January in Tel Aviv)
Great location near the sea-front. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast good. Wi-fi quick
The staff is not very friendly. Mind that there are some rooms in basement of other building with shared bathrooms.
I booked a room and the hotel resold my room before I arrived. Don't ever book here.
the location excellent full sea view friendly staff reasonable breackfast
no elevator- for 4 flour,we asked for 3 single bed in tripple room' there is only one double and one sofa very law' no night lights, the dining space very small,' no refound for public parking/ the furnitures in the balkoni are torn out,it does not mach the name boutique and not the price
This little boutique hotel adjacent to the city's beautiful beach was great value and relaxed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is superb, a short walk to restaurants shops and local markets.
best location to the price, nice.view and the best beach. Lovely appartment and plenty of towels.
broken curtains you could only partly open/close them. The floors didn´t have that nice just washed-feeling and the jacuzzi felt a little slippery on the sides...
Great location and price.
Been before but now looking a bit tatty . Some staff a bit rude but then most of Tel Aviv was!
There was no variety and it was either muesli and yogurt or an omelette. If you there for 8 days like we were then the breakfast becomes vary monotonous and eventually we never even ate breakfast there even though it was included in the price. The Hotel should also be Kosher so that we can recommend it.
Great views from sea facing rooms Great location to explore tel aviv Easy access to beach and promenade Room has appealing decor Breakfast ok Staff friendly
Slow wifi Noisy street Noisy air con Shower leaked Room could have been cleaner
jacuzzi on the roof terrace!
One of the receptionist girl was very unkind: she said we can stay 1,5 hours more, and after 10 minutes, she knocking at our door, and reminding me the checkout time! And later, she hasn't say a sorry! The whole hotel is a piece of diamond, but the unkindness of this lady, what we took away. It is a pitty...
This place clearly needs to be torn down and the owner is trying to squeeze every drop of money out of it. I stayed in the penthouse suite because of the personal whirlpool, as well as your own private deck. The furniture on my deck as well as the shared roof top deck was in such terrible condition that it really should've been thrown away. Cushions were torn and stained as well. Clearly the windows have not been washed in years. You know something is seriously wrong when you attempt to clean the windows by yourself in order to see out of them. Simply disgusting! The furniture in the room was also very out dated. Cleanliness is certainly not something this hotel take seriously. The icing on the cake was the enormous black clump of hair that I found in the shower on the day of my arrival. One of the main reception staff who works at the front desk was rude and made every possible attempt not to answer any of my questions. It was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I would expect someone who works at an international hotel that claims to serve clientele in English to at least have a sufficient enough command of the language to answer at least basic questions. I would personally recommend that this hotel be given 2 1/2 stars. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
very good location, nice staff, cool little garden to chill outside , had a great time, would recomand any time .
great location in street just a few steps far from the beach but also enough good to explore the city, beach towels, friendly and very helpful staff
location is excellent - the parking is across the street, the beach is across the street, tel-ofan bicycles station is across the street, 24h shop next door, a great bar and restaurant in the lobby... The hotel feels very private and intimate, unlike big hotels. Really nice staff that remembers your name The designer did a great job and the room is really stylish, up to the smallest details, great light features. And the Storm Bar or Yarkon Cafe, I'm not sure what's the name' but the chef knows his job well, and the price is nice also (10% discount). plus, you eat you hotel breakfast in a cafe on the main street, and all you have to do is exit the room to get there. p.s. we notified the staff we celebrated a special occasion - and got free minibar and champagne - nice!
the only downside i could think of - the towels werent fluffy enough. no. really.
I loved the location of the hotel!!!
The noise coming from the reception/bar which was going on from midnight till morning every day.I didn't have hair dryer in my room which was a big surprise, especially as I blow dry my hair every day and that is a must for me.Finally the room especially bathroom was dirty, I found a hair in the shower on the very first day which did not belong to me so we had to shower in our flipflops, also breakfast was very poor, nothing to choose from and service very slow due to the fact that you not only serve guest from the hotel but this is open to the public as well!
This small hotel has very helpful staff who seemed to communicate in every language their guests spoke! It is in a great location just off the beach but close enough to go whenever. It is near many good restaurants, transportation, and general shopping. They provided little unexpected extras, like snacks in the minibar for free. Tho there is nothing the hotel could have done about it, we would probably have had a wonderful experience here if not for the need to respond to sirens so often during our week stay.
Unfortunately not everything in our room was in working order (the air conditioning went out the first night, and it was HOT!) However the staff worked hard to remedy the problem within twenty-four hours. Also, our room was adjacent to a noisy street and right on street level, so the noise took some getting used to.
Everything but steps breakfast could have been alil richer
Steps was to much
Cabbage for breakfast?
