Location The staff failed in booking a shuttle to the airport. We had the receit and received our money back, but we had to take a taxi and pay $240,00 instead of $.120,00. Fortunately we arrived in time. |

Relatively quiet. It was a hotel that was tired & in dire need of a refurbishment, which it's about to do. Even though there was no smoking allowed in the hotel, people still did & staff said there was nothing they could do about it. So, smoke came through into my room. Breakfast was boring. It was quite a hike from the old city too. |

Breakfast was really good, and it is in a great, central location, and the room was very clean. It was annoying that the beds were two twins pushed together instead of a queen bed. |

Good location, 20 min walk to the Old City and the famous fruit market. Good value. Evening shift front desk clerk is rude to the guests and does not follow up on requests. One of the 3 nights we were at the hotel he was also speaking so loudly in the hallway, he woke us up. |

Ratio qvality-price, very good location - working distance to main attractions of Jerusalem. Real 3-star hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Remember, that because of kashrut you can not take any plate or knife from hotel restaurant. |

It was very convenient to shopping and buses. Cleanliness was a big factor. We were traveling with our Granddaughter, and was provided a comfortable bed for her. We had a very noisy exposure. Garbage trucks , delivery of oil ,recycling bottles all at 6am. There was no air conditioning. We had to open a window without a screen, which also contributed to the noise. |

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small (typical for Jerusalem), but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit smaller than a normal twin bed, but sufficiently comfortable for normal sized people. The staff is nice. The breakfast is not huge, but tastes good (included eggs, fresh rolls, cheeses, fresh vegetables, pastries, hot beverages, and more). The best parts of the hotel are the great location and the free wifi internet. Many hotels will charge you a pretty penny for internet and having it free is very convinient. It was also quitet during tourist season (christmas week), which was a plus - It is a small hotel so it does not get the big tour groups like other hotels. The only real beef I have with the hotel is that they do not have air conditioning in the winter. I was there in Dec-Jan and despite 70+ degree temperature outside during the day, you could not get ac. It wasnt terrible with the window open, but was not as comfortable as I would have liked. And the beds are a bit small if you enjoy large beds. The two beds put together were about 5 inches smaller than a queen size bed. |

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great value for the price. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean. The location was perfect...close to Old City and shopping. The staff was wonderful, especially Nadir Ben Israel, He was exceptional. He and Firaz helped us arrange our tours-which made our trip.We had a wonderful time and we would stay there again. Breakfast was just "ok", and it was very limited on the day of the Sabbath. |

Loved the proximity to Ben Yehuda-to the Old City and to other places where we had planned to visit. Although it was rated 3 stars we saw it as at least 4. We liked it much better that the higher rated crown or renaissance because we value location higher than western style service...and we felt the staff were more personable and cetainly more helpful and patient with our "tourist" questions. We plan to stay here on our next visit to Jeruslaem and we hope the renovation prices do not force us to go elsewhere...this is our first choice and we plan to bring a group next time. |

This hotel was a great value and is in an excellent location for walking to the Old City and for easy walking to many of the top restaurants in Jerusalem. It fits into a niche between budget and 4 star. We stayed there twice on the same trip, at both the beginning, and then at the end so we could get more time in Jerusalem. The room we were assigned the second stay was much nicer than the first. Our 1st room was on the 7th floor. Note that rooms on this floor may not be as nice as the other floors and there is no elavator service past the 6th floor. Despite this, we eagerly returned for another night at the end of the vacation. In terms of food the breakfast was above average for a value hotel, and included scrambled eggs and borekas |

Not a luxury hotel by any means. A good place for the budget traveler. No parking is available, so if you are renting a car this hotel is not for you. lease write at least 15 words |
