Friendly courteous and helpful staff, in the lobby and dining areas. Amazing choice of breakfast buffet.

Excessive 'wind noise' through badly fitted balcony doors.

Staff was awesome. Especially Elena on the reception. She was smart, kind and vety helpful.

On sea front and near Main Street of the town.

Quality of room was very poor, old and battered furniture and bed quality and linen poor quality. For the price, rooms and specially bathrooms are of very poor quality.

the hotel is good overall. it has great view on the beach from the lobby and from the restaurant. the rooms are not huge but big enough and clean.

Their WiFi policy needs to change. It is outrageously expensive and it is not even free in the lobby as most hotels in Israel. This makes guests prevent from staying there. I was there to work and it was terribly expensive.

Wrong description on website booking.com, the swimming pool was closed whereas I have selected the hotel based on facilities. Dirty: I have rarely seen hotels of this level with such dirty rooms (below bed for example...)

The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly and problem solving oriented. the breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel and this is not less taking into account I am travelling somewhere almost every single week...

the hotel is a bit old, some repairments are nedeed even the idea is to be old style.

The expensive internet charges. For business this is not good, as with most other hotels, the internet should be free in the lobby at least.

The lack of cleaness in the bathroom (on the roof And wall). The strict behaviour of one of the receptionist guy.

This was a really pleasant experience, I stay in many hotels in EMEA and this would be among my favourite. I can’t really put my finger on a specific reason and maybe that’s because it’s the sum of many parts that make this a great place to stay. I will return..

The stuff tried their best to make our stay confortable. The club lounch was very good.

There is no attention to details like design in the rooms. No proper answer for wind noise - impossible to sleep in the south west rooms. It is not value for money. 5stars hotels looks much nicer on the exterior building and have high class rooms especialy the executive and swite.

the design was very interesting and very pleasant at the reception area and also the dining room overlooking the seaside.

I booked a standard twin bed room but unfortunately it was very noisy overlooking the marina and also the bathroom was in a bad shape needed refurbishing so I had to upgrade to executive room and pay extra $40 a night.

position for seeing city was good and rooms were adequate breakfast is of high standard and the Guest Relations dept under direction of Merav was first class we were upgraded to an executive room and their facilities were really good

we didn`t get the sun facing balcony specifically requested despite room availability. this did rather spoil the sensation of enjoying relaxing sunshine in private. other niggles that shouldn`t have occurred which I will not discuss here but Merav made a great effort to improve matters

The weather in October is wonderful. The variety of food at breakfast was inspiring. The view of the beach from the room was beautiful. The concierge was very helpful in making suggestions for dining out. The room was large and comfortable. Tel Aviv is fun.

The person at the front door never cracked a smile. There is no easy entry to the beach from the hotel.

Small issue as on the last day of my stay the printers in the business launges were not wirking neither on the 17th floor nor on the r floor.

Staff very friendly.

Internet wifi at room,cost very expensive,not even the lobby was available.
