The hotel is very well located for the beach and most room have a direct view. It is a reasonably luxurious hotel. Price of wi-fi is a rip off. It is a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Buffet only in restaurant, which is OK, but not excellent. |

Very convenient and direct access to the beach. Helpful staff at the Executive Lounge and VERY good room and maid service. A/C in the room worked really well. Executive Floor bedroom is spacious and the King bed is more like a Super King. Bedding was fantastic. 10-15 minute walk to City Centre. Despite staying in an Executive Floor Room, carpets were not clean, they need steam cleaning urgently- feet turned black from walking on them. The pool area is small, dark and with very little room for relaxing or sun bathing but then again, Tel Aviv beaches are fantastic. Small bathroom, only one person stand in it at a time. Free internet and printer service in the Executive Lounge but you need to pay for it if you want to connect your laptop in your room and does not come cheap. |

the room was shabby chic whic is ok.... but .... not good enough for the ratings of 4 star and not good value for money ($240) as it need to be fully modernised for the amount of money that is being charged. the room was definately not what we booked, as we booked the "Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony" for 1 Night , it was not deluxe and the sea view was to the left side hanging over the balcony, night club banging all night across the way and it was only a Monday night... this was our 20th anniversary as we met in Tel-Aviv and we came back to mark the occassion. |

The location is excellent. The breakfast was especially good. They had a special chef making individual salads and a special chef making individual omlettes. There was a huge array of different foods. We found that the people at the desk did not seem to know the area well and were not familiar enough with what was going on. The pool and pool area are clean but nothing special (not particularly attractive or appealing). |

The room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was ample and varied, and service was professional. The bathrooms could use a little refurbishment, but I like the strong shower. |

the hotel need to be renovet to have 5 * and i anderstand that its going to take plase in november i like the hotel the staff and the managment the only think is the hotel rooms are not to the standart of 5 * hotel and defently not the Royal rooms |

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is very shabby and needs a good coat of paint etc..The lounge is not nearly as good for food and drink as other hotels I have stayed at The staff were very off-hand and it took half an hour for the luggage to be collected. It took 20 mins to pay the bill. I would not like to stay there again. |

Location is excellent, breakfast is fantastic Very noisy when u open the window, breakfast room is old fashioned & service is poor and unpersonnal, old elevators, pool is really horrible, backside of the hotel is dirty and very abandonned uncredible for a 4 stars. |

Good location near the beach The hotel is overpriced. It doesn't provide 5 star service and requires renovation. To get to the beach one need to use central entrance and go around the building. Direct exit is locked. The breakfast is basic. |

breakfast. cleaning room and follow up good but cleaning too late on some days. we will come again and will rebook room 102. staff helpful faulty toilet cistern on arrival. this was put right. curtain rail over balcony door came down. this was promptly repaired |

The facilities in the executive lounge, food and drinks available all day, delicious!! Very, very tired and dated rooms, even though we were told they had been refurbished recently - and totally unlike the photos on the hotel website! |

Hotel in great position. Common areas fine, but rooms need a little updating. Ask for rooms with views towards Old town of Jaffa. Bell boys not helpful. |

17th floor lounge is excellent - great view and good food, especially the sweets which were just delicious Poor sound isolation - we could hear the neighbouring room's TV which was on normal volume clearly |

Nicely located just on the beach. Plausible breakfast menu overall, but no decent coffee available. The hotel is quite old and shabby - definitely could benefit from renovation and doesn't fit the "5 star" claim |

It's location Electric outlets in bathroom malfunctioned. Bed linen and towels were not changed during a couple of days. guest was permitted to use his bare hands to pick uo omelet additives used for everybody despite Chef being warned. tabletop at bedside was unfastened to base and toppled. Manager's response to complaint was rude and insensitive to my needs.elevators malfunctioned several times during my stay. |

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the wonderful view from the balconey. The staff was very cooperative and very willing to help locate maps and attractions. The check in and out was made pleasurable by the staff with no difficultys. The executive lounge was a great place to relax and meet others staying at the Hotel. Over all it was a great place to stay. Could use a little updating. |

The staff, buffet breakfast, and general services of the hotel were quite good. We chose the hotel by price and location as we wanted a restful week with easy access to small shops. Unfortunately the street noise from the Hayarkan is quite disturbing all night, especially when the balcony door is opened for fresh air. The access to the beach is difficult being only through the front street main entrance. Also the air conditioning in all the service areas was much too cold. |
