Personalen var fantastisk, serviceminded och mycket tillmötesgående. De fixade allt jag bad dem om, hjälpte till med allt man kunde behöva och gjorde vår bröllopsresa fantastisk. Frukosten var strålande, loungen mycket bra och hotellet på det stora hela var över förväntan.

Hissarna kändes något underdimensionerade för antalet rum, vilket gjorde att man ofta fick vänta ganska länge på att få en hiss, eller att hissen, när den väl kom, var alldeles överfull så att man fick vänta på nästa hiss. I övrigt var hotellet kanon!

Frukosten var fatastiskt riklig och fin. Personalen var enormt serviceminded vid frukosten. Rummen stora och bra . Guest service ringde och kollade om allt var ok vid ett flertall tillfallen och handdukar byttes T.om 2 ggr per dygn. Sangen baddades upp pa eftermiddagen.

Incheckningspersonalen inte trevlig och informerade inte om frukosttider och vart pool och andra hotellfaciliteter fanns. Internet inte gratis forutom pa businessroom. Tycker det ar fasansfullt dyrt att behova betala over 20 dollar for internet 24 timmar. Vid utchecknig var de iinte soeciellt trevliga nar vi tog upp detta. Badrummen haller inte standard for 5 stjarnor, samt saknade 2 stolar.

The location is fantastic, and also the public area design is amazing. Staff was very friendly, food was excellent

Only the Executive room are re-innovated, we didn't try the regular rooms. Even in the Executive rooms - bathroom needs some more work and cleaning... Pool is pretty small - but beach is very close to the hotel.

Poorly renovated existing old hotel.Difficult acess by car.Very poor service and quality of beakfast items in the dining room.Unpleasant odor in the corridors.Dirty corridor carpets.Poorly trained roommates.Very expensive.

The location is great and the breakfast is excellent! They really trying to do their best. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There is some noise from the street but we still had a great night sleep. Fun if you want to be on the beach but still close to all the buzz of the city

The construction work is poorly done and you can see that the developer wanted to save some cash. Yet with the right price it is still really worth the stay.

The breakfast is not that expected for a such hotel, a lot of waiters but walking arround, not customer focused.

We liked the location.

We were not impressed with the stairs to the beach. We got a wake up call 1 hour early. The size of the room-very claustrophobic. The size of the elevators- also very claustrophobic.

Location

It's definitely not 5 star hotel and its not worthy of money it costs. Towels are dirty, you should wait for elevators for hours, bathrooms stinks and needs to be renovated, wi-fi that costs 25$ per day, rude staff, etc.

The hote furnishings are sparse and look outdated. Unpleasat odors through the hotel,sewer smell on the dining room elevator landing. The staff is trying hard but ccan not help due to facilities condition. Defenetly not what we expected. Andor Weiss

Of the benefits include the following: 1) Reasonable price 2) Excellent breakfast with a huge range (10 species of cheese, honey combs, etc. 3) a large room 4) Excellent location 5) Great view from rooms and from the restaurant

Negative points: 1) Very small in size bath 2) pour plaster into the corridors, though they vacuumed to 3 times a day 3) after cleaning staff forgot to bring coats periodically, after a call to support solved all 4) some areas of the hotel is requiring paint 5) For those who are short of finances remember that the hotel is blocking money at the rate of $ 100 per night on your credit card in addition to the basic price of your booking.

This was my second time staying at the hotel within a week - I returned bc of the price, location, quality/ service and wasn't disappointed my second time 'round

The lack of friendliness of some of your personal The room. You told us that we got an upgrade. I wouldn`t like to see what a not upgraded room looks like. It must be awful.
