the rooms could have been maintained better. the couch had a stain on it, something a more careful staff wouldn't allow. at the end, we were charged as if we were a couple w. 2 children (our children are in their 40's!) when i protested to the hotel chain that this place is a part of, the woman was totally negative. Only because because we used booking.com was that corrected. so thanks!
first of all, the climate in theJerusalem Hills is wonderful. It's cooler and drier there, than the coastal part of israel. the patio was lovely and shaded, and there were large lawns, lots of trees. walking around was lovely, the place beautifully landscaped. because it was yom kippur, the pool was closed, but we really appreciated the fact that no barbecues were allowed.
