Set in the centre of Jerusalem, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, newly-opened Agripas Hotel offers spacious rooms with wooden floors and city views. The Old City is 2 km away.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
Score from 1385 reviews Good
Friendly. The staffs go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and help you in any way possible like repairing necessities.
Very friendly staff. Location is close to the old city.
Cleaning of the room.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Extraordinary lovely staff, nice facilities and a good location in East Jerusalem.
town near the old town, very good breakfast
Food Staff Location
TV signal was not good Too many people smoking outside
Very cheery and polite staff, nice people. Good breakfast. The hotel is located in the Eastern Jerusalem. It's relatively close to the Old City (15-20 min walk to Jaffa Gates), which is good. But the neighbourhood itself is not the nicest in the city.
Extremely uncomfortable beds :(
4th floor staff very good Nirvana- very helpful and accommodating
The receptionist had a mistake twice on my room assignment, the first room was not opening so she gave me another room, 2 minutes later someone knocked on the door and told me it is their room so I have to pack all my stuff back to my suitcase and walk back down to the reception.
I've stayed in many hotels in many places, but this is one of the very best. The room was spotless. The location was great (off Salah'din St.), near Herod's Gate. The facilities were fine. And the staff was - hands down - the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived I felt at home. I spent 4 days at the National and will soon return for another 3. It can't be beat!
Nothing really. I guess some of the room furniture has seen better days, but then, so have I!
Free parking. Good breakfast.
Having stayed in several hotels in Israel, I would speak highly of this hotel which exceeded my expectation in many ways. First, the staff is excellent, including the reception, the general manager, the breakfast team, and the cleaning staff. The reception is extremely welcoming, and accomodating to individual needs, such as early check in. Nirvana is a gem for the team with her genuineness and warmth. Also the general manager is often at the lobby to meet guests' needs. He is very helpful as well. The breakfast has good selection of local and continental food, served with a big smile and some good humour (sorry can't recall the name of the gentleman who served tea and coffee at breakfast. He is very attentive and witty). The room is large and comfortable, including facilities for tea and coffee. The location is good. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Damascas Gate. And it's very reasonably priced for all the above mentioned merits. All in all, felt very much at home in the hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in total & would definitely stay again!
The light is a bit weak for reading books, however you can use a table lamp. Just bear in mind that the taxi drivers may not know the exact address of the hotel so remembering the Main Street nearby Salah Eddin is helpful.
The Internet service is excellent and the staff really went over and beyond to make us comfortable
Hot tea and coffee with dinner would be nice.
Perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at in the Middle East. Everything was great -- shower, breakfast, WiFi, room size, cleanliness, etc -- and all for a price appreciably less than what other "big" hotels were charging.
Not a thing -- all was great
Good room, good value. Close to Old city, on the arab side.
Personnel not well informed (did not even know when was yom kippur!!). Breakfast not so great.
Nirvana, is the largest value of the hotel. She solved all our doubts and problems. The breakfast is excellent, the best Hummus that we ate in our trip. The hotel is reasonably close to the old town.
The restaurant is on the fourth floor and the noise of the machines can be heard on the second floor. We had to move to another room. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood and the area is not clean.
I will remember the breakfast for a looong time! We really enjoyed returning in this comfy hotel after a great deal of a walk during the day! Perfect place
The staff were so friendly. Nirvana who ran the front desk was highly efficient and helped make our stay all the more comfortable. The restaurant was very good and well priced
the area while it is close to the old city is a bit dodgy at night I forgot my mobile in the room when I checked out. It was never turned in by housekeeping when I emailed the hotel.
The staff in this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Top notch. The room was large and had 2 comfortable chairs for sitting. Wi-fi worked without a hitch.
There was no lighting except 2 tiny inset ceiling lights placed above the bed. It was way too dark to read or sit and converse anywhere except right beneath the 2 tiny lights. It was too dark to pack for our early flight, so we put everything in the hall to sort out and pack. The hotel is dry, and no place to buy liquor in this Arab neighborhood. Very limited dining options in the neighborhood, but the hotel restaurant is good.
Walking distance to old city, personnel, clean rooms and breakfast...
Waiters in the restaurant must be more friendly with smiling faces...
Absolute gem of all this hotel is Nirvana, front desk girl! She is awsome! I have to say she is my high of all our stay! Always smiling, extremely professional and helpful, efficient, friendly..Thank you for all:-)
..no special dislikes...maybe just a little things like keeping windows at the roof terrace restaurant more clean and hotel rooms and bathrooms deserve some investion and better wi-fi signal would be appreviated too:-)..but no big issues at all..
The staff, food, location.
Not expensive But very comfort Near to old city Good to travel Jerusalem. One of the Best hotel in North Jerusalem.
Not so clean wall of bath room
The location was great. Breakfast great. Tour company will come pick you up there Hotel assisted. I felt safe so don't be afraid to stay there.
The Hotel told me about the driver from the air port but I wish they had told me about the shuttle to save some money.
when i booked this hotel,i got a nice price with no refund, what a bargain!location is at the east Jerusalem, surroundings is not that clean but can touch the life of Palestines.staffs are really helpful, breakfast is good, including supper, delicious!because of the hard beds,we enjoy high quality sleeping.
when i booked,it showed the room proportion is 30sq m,but the room we had was no more than 24sq m.
Visited jerusalem many times, one of best hotels I've stayed in. Very helpful friendly staff, loved them! Great value & location for old city. Definitely be back !
