In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
Score from 1378 reviews Good
In the center of Jerusalem, just a 5-minute walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, newly-opened Agripas Hotel provides spacious rooms with hardwood floors and city views.

Providing free parking and offering views of the mountains, the Hotel Yehuda provides rooms with free Wi-Fi and a pool area with a semi-Olympic sized pool. An Israeli buffet breakfast is included.

staff location cleanliness
Everything like breakfast, people customer service, cleaners reaction and the way how they respect the customer, etc.
WIFI was excellent so i dont know what other people write in comments . very good breakfast, close to city center
The best at the hotel was the staff and location.
Thank you Nirvana for your hospitality. Location near Damascus Gate. The Breakfast is very good.
service, personnelthe location is great near the Damascus gate! despite the Arab quarter everything was perfect! The Breakfast is very good! wonderful omelet, milk is good, fruit cakes at a good level! the staff is very polite even in 01 hour . Recommend !
The service of the staff. They were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel is near tourist and religious sites, restaurants (they also have a really nice restaurant on the premises), it's near public transportation, shuttle to and from airport available for a fee. CLEAN hotel room and more! Thank you Nirvana and "sammy davis jr" for your hospitality. Thank you to my friend who supported me when I was received bad news from home. My apologies for not asking for your name. You ALL are awesome people! Thank you!
This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. So helpful and nice. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet fabulous! Besides that the location is great, so close to the old city.
Thanks Nirvana & Afnan:) You took it from great to Amazing:)
One elevator is out of order for 2 days that we were in.Pricey for the location.
The breakfast room staff need to understand how westerners drink tea! In a pot, no mint leaves, and cold milk!
Friendly. The staffs go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and help you in any way possible like repairing necessities.
Very friendly staff. Location is close to the old city.
Cleaning of the room.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Extraordinary lovely staff, nice facilities and a good location in East Jerusalem.
town near the old town, very good breakfast
Food Staff Location
TV signal was not good Too many people smoking outside
Very cheery and polite staff, nice people. Good breakfast. The hotel is located in the Eastern Jerusalem. It's relatively close to the Old City (15-20 min walk to Jaffa Gates), which is good. But the neighbourhood itself is not the nicest in the city.
Extremely uncomfortable beds :(
4th floor staff very good Nirvana- very helpful and accommodating
The receptionist had a mistake twice on my room assignment, the first room was not opening so she gave me another room, 2 minutes later someone knocked on the door and told me it is their room so I have to pack all my stuff back to my suitcase and walk back down to the reception.
I've stayed in many hotels in many places, but this is one of the very best. The room was spotless. The location was great (off Salah'din St.), near Herod's Gate. The facilities were fine. And the staff was - hands down - the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived I felt at home. I spent 4 days at the National and will soon return for another 3. It can't be beat!
Nothing really. I guess some of the room furniture has seen better days, but then, so have I!
Free parking. Good breakfast.
The Internet service is excellent and the staff really went over and beyond to make us comfortable
Hot tea and coffee with dinner would be nice.
Perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at in the Middle East. Everything was great -- shower, breakfast, WiFi, room size, cleanliness, etc -- and all for a price appreciably less than what other "big" hotels were charging.
Not a thing -- all was great
Good room, good value. Close to Old city, on the arab side.
Personnel not well informed (did not even know when was yom kippur!!). Breakfast not so great.
Nirvana, is the largest value of the hotel. She solved all our doubts and problems. The breakfast is excellent, the best Hummus that we ate in our trip. The hotel is reasonably close to the old town.
The restaurant is on the fourth floor and the noise of the machines can be heard on the second floor. We had to move to another room. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood and the area is not clean.
