Second time at the Ness. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our home away from home in Tel Aviv.
This is a great little hotel at a very reasonable price in a very convenient, centrally located area. We found parking at a garage half a block away on Idelson Street that will give you a great rate if you are staying for several days (we paid 100 NIS for 4 days). The staff - Zaki and Didiya, were great. Definitely would stay there again.
If you want one of those famous Israeli breakfasts, this place does not offer that. But really, there are dozens of Tel Aviv's gazillion cafes are right around the corner.
Confy bed, I slept very well (and I have difficult sleep!!). The owner was very kind and helpful, a real asset. Location is great, next to the beach and in the centre
Manager was very helpful.
The hotel is cute and clean and very close to the beach. It is also a close walk to the City Centre, Old Jaffa and lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff was pretty friendly too.
The rooms were small and the bathroom was one of the smallest I've ever seen or used.
Area, confortable bed, quite new room, excellent for the price
The mirror in the bathroom was too high (room 10)
Mr. Zak at the reception was very helpul for any question about the city. Wifi network. Free water to drink in the corridor, free tea or coffee in the morning next to reception. Good location-3minutes by walking at the beach
Cold water for shower.
Location, cost friendliness of staff
Dr. Zack was very kind and very helpful and went out of his way for us. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.
The room was very small. There wasn't even room to put out suitcase down. It would have been much better suited to a single room. It would have been good to have tea, coffee and kettle facilities in the room. The 'communal' kitchen was sparsely equipped and not clean.
Had a great time - perfect location, close to the beach and nice restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has been renovated and with a nice design they did the best with the limited space. A perfect place if you want to use it for sleeping and resting. The street is quite bad parking close by at an affordable rate. People are very warm and friendly - also having many tips and advice at hand. Very hospitable, and like to have a little chat with te guests when they pass by. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return.
Very helpful staff, perfect location in the centre of the city, comfortable room with balcony
Poor Wifi signal
The central location, the spacious rooms, the really nice staff, the price-value ratio
Location is very good
The location is good and generally it is very clean and tidy. It's not noisy and can get good sleep here.
The staff were not welcoming or friendly, we chose an independent hotel because we thought it would be a more pleasant experience, but not worth the money. While the decor looks great in the photos, it is cheaply done - so not worth what we paid, and it is much much smaller than the photos depict, there really wasn't room for our bags, and the shower soaked the bathroom and leaked into the bedroom. The staff were friendly when pushed, but it was this or the Mercure and I do wish we had chosen he Mercure for the money we paid.
Zak, the owner of the hotel is super helpful. If you need anything or want to know something he is the person to see. The night we arrived it was close to midnight, the guy on reception took us to our room but didn't give us ANY information about breakfast or give us maps etc. it wasn't until our last morning that Zak told us about a voucher for breakfast. The rooms are quaint and tastefully decorated. Also there are water dispensers on each floor. Great place to stay if you want to be very close to the beach.
We had the room on the third floor with a magnificent terrace and a very nice big hot-tub. We have enjoyed it tremendously. Great value for money!
No elevator, no parking, very small bathroom
Great hotel! Good things: - Perfect location. Only 3 minutes till the beach, in the middle of the city centre, so it is confortable to move everywhere you want. - Great staff. Very very friendly, helping in any case, giving tips and advises about the city, events, things that are important to know during the way. - Great room. We had room with the little balcony, so it was really perfect. Although it was a bit little for two people, but for us it was not important, because we were only sleeping in the room. And the bed was very confortable and big! - Fair price. There was no additional taxes included, the price was as in the reservation. - Facilities. The shower, tv, air conditioning, fridge were working good. - Kitchen. There is a kitchen, where you can borrow plates, knifes, forks, cups, make a coffee or tea. - Breakfast. If you would like to have a breakfast, you would get a discount in the nearby caffeteria. .And it is worth to take this offer, you only need to ask the discount paper in the administration.
The only thing was that wifi was working not very well, but we didn't ask about it at all, it was not very important for us. I am sure that it can be fixed if you would need it.
Location is perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants. Very comfy room. Very friendly staff.
Very recommendable due to friendly staff (all around the clock) and excellent location (in a quiet street) near to the dream beach (100m) of Tel Aviv. Good price for value. Daily cleaning and balcony upon request.
A nice little place with very friendly staff. I checked in at 1:30am on Shabbat and had no troubles at all. They also allowed me to leave my luggage there the next day. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, working cable TV and Wifi—nothing to complain about. A great value!
If you have a room with a jacuzzi tub, be warned that they're made of plastic and very small by American standards.
Very good location, clean. Zack is a very good host.
too expencive for the few facilities....noisy and wifi u would better serfing with a donkey rather than with the Internet Connection...awful
Location near the sea beach in the center of Tel-Aviv. Restaurants, banks and other facilities located in the area close to hotel. Relatively low cost.
The room was small with very small toilet room. Them provided only one towel per person, and didn't change towels every day. There weren't wi-fi in the room, no hair-drier.
