Ness Hotel  

The entrance and arrival into the hotel was nice, and the room was clean and nice. It was a great location, not far from the sea-front though depending on what room you were in it could be noisy especially at night.

The gentleman who was on reception when I first arrived was abrupt and generally I find Tel Aviv accommodation very expensive for what they are. I had been staying in Haifa and it was a much nicer, friendlier and cheaper place with a greater range of accommodation.

i didn't like most was the noise from doing some maintenance either by the hotel staff or an outside party. also some rooms were not realy available due to maintenance meanwhile they were posted as available in the web, thereby i had to take another room other than my specifications.

Hotel staff was very helpful, dedicated and service oriented, location is fantastic - right next to best beaches in Tel Aviv and Zach - many thanks and greetings from the two Slovaks!

All the staff (the boss, Didier, Ina, Avi, etc.) was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were fine, and I liked the balconies. PS : There wasn't noise at all

I was very suprised by the bad comments... Obviously, we didn't visit the same hotel.

Faulty air conditioning, room service every other Day, teeny tiny bathroom and my favourite, construction work next door from 7am. Being very familiar with Tlv hotels, id consider this à pretty disappointing one for this price range.

Ness Hotel is newly renovated to an Urban Luxury Hotel. Nevertheless, conversion was very hygienic. The rooms are spacious, modern, designed with a seating area. Flat screen TV and mini fridge are available. The bathroom a spacious and pleasant ambience invites. Besides the "normal" shower, a rain forest shower experience available there. The staff speaks English, French, German, Italian and of course, Hebrew. Reception 24h-Open. I want to thank Zack and his team for their helpfulness and friendliness. The beach distance is about 7 min. I can recommend Hotel Ness.

The hotel is being renovated at the moment so from the outside it looks a little messy. Never the less the inside looks good, quality/price is great! situation is perfect! not beach front but 3 minutes walk from the beach and well situated to visit the city as well. The staff was great, very friendly, very helpful! The rooms are very simple and small but clean, it depends on how long you spend in the room during your stay, but it did not bother us at all.

The location

Unfriendly hotel staff There was not any chair in the room, not a table, not any drinking glass! No elevator, so we have to carry our luggage three stairs No electricity in bathroom, so you cannot even shave there!

I believe that when this hotel will be finished (see 'don't likes'), it will be a very decent, affordable, quite comfortable, greatly located hotel. The rooms are large - my bed was enormous, - the air conditioning is brand new and works really well; there's also a little refrigerator. Probably what I liked the best was the people running the hotel. I think it's a family (I am in no way related to them). I appreciated the lady at reception teaching me on arrival how to ask the taxi driver to put the meter on ("Mone`"), and Zack taking care of my every other need. The street is quiet and the beach is a minute away. The price is affordable compared to everything else around. I will go back.

As of end of May 2012 the external facade of the hotel is still under construction and the works are likely to end in one more month. This translates into drilling and banging that starts at 7.30am - there's no reason why this should not start a little later. However if you are there for business, like I was, this will only marginally bother you - it kind of acts as a very loud alarm clock. Do bring earplugs. You have to tell them that you want your room made up daily, otherwise they will assume that you don't need it. If you need to hang your shirts/clothes, ask for one of those Ikea rails, as they do not feature in all rooms.

The hotel is still under renovations as of 5/22/12. Room was small, dark and lacked windows. Not at all representative of the professional photos. Aside from being overpriced the staff were friendly, very accommodating, and were very flexible with my checkout time. I booked based on last-minute with minimal alternatives. Hotel works for a night or two if you need flexibility in check out ie. Arrived at 8 pm an checked out at 4 pm no problems.

Hotel was under construction so there was a lot of noise and dust and no cleaning for 3 days. I think after they finish there will be very good.

Still under construction: outside and inside (trap hall, night lamps in room not yet installed) => why does the hotel not wait to let until it is finished??? Very very small bathroom: wc and small lavabo in the shower no elevator

The hotel was excellent situated; near the sea, shopping area, restaurants etc. The room I got in the end was the one I saw on the Internet. The hotel has definitely potential but a lot of work has to be done!!

It was unfortunately not finished yet, still under construction therefore a bit noisy. When I checked in they gave me a very small room with a shower that was awful and not working properly. The 3 rooms I saw where ready for use but all had something cheap, the material they used was of bad quality.

Posizione tranquilla almeno fino alle 7 del mattino. Dopo tale ora iniziano dei lavori di ristrutturazione in un fabbricato di fronte.

Zeer kleine kamer. Douche/toilet kon je nauwelijks staan. Geen ontbijt of andere service. Te duur voor wat je krijgt maar hotels in Tel Aviv zijn te duur.

комната слишком маленькая и темная.нет шкафов,стола и стульев, прикроватных тумбочек. то есть, в комнате есть только кровать и крошечный холодильник.окно размером с форточку и выходит на стройку. все удобства общие в коридоре.это мы знали при заказе,но это все старое,грязное и отвратительное.на этаже был кулер,но воды не было. заявленный завтрак за дополнительную плату портье организовать не смог.вместо обещанной нормальной стоянки дали место под стройкой.на просьбу заменить комнату был получен отказ.мы вообще там никого не интересовали.отвратительный сервис и гостиница.за 100 у.е. могло быть и получше.

La limpieza, ubicación y atención son muy buenas. Están reforzando de arriba a abajo, quizá por eso no tuve agua caliente ese día. Hotel muy bonito

удобное месторасположение в городе, рядом с пляжем, доброжелательный персонал, главное дёшево (кому это важно) и чисто, исправная сантехника, всё необходимое есть, но без излишеств.

рядом впритык к зданию и напротив стройка, долбят и перфорируют с 8 утра. Значит уходить надо в это время уже на пляж , экскурсии и т.д. В совмещённом санузле пол ровный без разделений. поэтому заливает при приёме душа всё помещение, приходится сразу после себя мыть весь пол в санузле.
