The quality and comfort of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were in an upgraded room (605) and it was perfect. Everything worked, great bathroom, comfortable beds, quiet, classic view of Haifa bay. We were able to park our rental car right in front for all four days that we were there at no cost. Front desk was friendly; breakfasts were good, the Chinese Kosher restaurant in the lobby was excellent. Elevators were super fast. For this cost, with this quality, in this location, this must be one of the best values in ther country. Special thanks to Tibi at the front desk who was very helpful. Just a quibble: no Jerusalem Post newspaper in the lobby for guests, which is available in some other hotels. I wouldn't mind paying for it but it just wasn't available in the hotel, although they did have complimentary copies of the Tribune etc. on the counter to be taken.

The staff and the receptionist is excellent. Service is excellent food is excellent the only good chinese restaurant on carmel centre. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. No free wifi in the room. Difficult to get room bookings.

We had a room on the 7th floor which gives you free wifi connection. There are also 2 computers in the lobby which give you free connection. We were given a plate of fruit in our room, which is a lovely gesture.

The view is fantastic, the staff were helpful and the location is great for the Carmel Centre bars and restaurants. The metro station nearby makes it easy to get down the hill! The room, especially the bed was comfortable. It seemed a little dated decor wise, but this doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. The breakfast was nice but some of the vegetables didn't look all that fresh. There was an odd smoke smell in the room and corridors despite being a non-smoking hotel.

The breakfasts were always something to look forward to each morning. The doormen were the nicest we have encountered. One in our party was in a wheel chair and they were always ready to help. We found that we did not get the Baha'i discount because we made our booking through Booking.com. That was very distressing. They didn't have wash cloths available.

I liked the personal approach of the Nof desk staff and the location -- on the Louis Promenade, directly above the Baha'i Terraces and Shrines. I also liked the view from the rooms across the bay to Akko. I liked the personal advice given by staff and the relaxed attitude. Nothing much to complain about. Breakfast was fairly ordinary but adequate. The hotel itself is dated and they charge much too much for the types of rooms that they rent out and the limited amenities offerred.

The hotel is in a center aerea.it is clean ,but old.for exemple the doors are very old,the closet,s door is quite impossible to OPEN(room 206),the carpet is not clean.the stuff is ok.the breakfast so,so.....and the price is quite high
