The location is great. Just up the hill overlooking the city but also in a good area for restaurants and other entertainment. Room had a great view, was very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and provided the level of service needed.
The quality of the breakfast could be improved.
Location best in Haifa.
When you enter the lobby it's like entering a time capsule. Like time stopped in the 70's. Bad carpet smell. No dinner. If graded as two star hotel, it would be ok. But definitely not at par with other 4star hotels. Next time opt for crowne plaza hotel.
Excellent location at the center of Mount Carmel with beautiful view on Haia - City and Bay. Good breakfast and comfortable, well equiped room. We would have stayed for longer but had to return home. We look forward to returning to this hotel.
Staff were very attentive & helpful
Curtains did not fit. windows were filthy. Tired & well worn. Disappointing restaurant
The location is perfect

the hotel need renovation!!
Spectacular views across Haifa. Complimentary breakfast. Car parking on site. Close to Carmel centre and the Baha'i gardens.
Suite was excellent for our family, the location was wonderful and we loved the view!
Perfect WiFi connection. Fantastic view over the harbour of Haifa. Quiet. Rich and delicious breakfast. Rooms are old but clean.
Staff is really grumpy but helpful. When ever I had a question the looked at me like "don't disturb me, I've better things to do". But they solved every problem immediately and straightforward.
Rich and fresh breakfest!!!
Carpeting in room on 2d floor, ugly and looks dirty.
For a 4 star hotel this place is in desparate need of a renovation. More like a 3 star hotel
Location and the view on the city
Smell in the room
The Nof hotel in Haifa was one of the nicest accommodations we stayed at on our latest trip to Israel. The room, staff and dining offerings met all of our needs and we would definitely return for a future stay.
location is great, free wifi, view fantastic, very helpful staff.
the carpet was stained in the room. the pillows are very uncomfortable. the curtain lets light in the morning. room is depressing, color or pictures will solve the problem
The view from my room on the upper floor was breathtaking. Good location, just an easy and pleasant walk to the upper entrance of the Bahai Gardens. The room was comfortable enough, bed linen and towels clean.
Information about the upper floor rooms having been renovated is clearly an overstatement. At checkout my request to call a taxy was ignored twice, due to which I nearly missed my train to the airport, otherwise the staff was quite helpful.
Everything was just as described. While It is very close to every thing Day/ Night life, it was very relaxing, Intimate, and comfy. Will stay there again on my next trip, and will very much recommend.
can not say there was such a thing.
Good location. Clean and very comfortable.
Location, location, location. Great views of Haifa Port, even more so night views! Abundant, varied and fresh buffet breakfasts. Good size rooms with comfortable bed. The towels were indeed white and soft and were changed everyday . I think every staff in this hotel was polite and helpful. I liked also the outdoor garden, you can sit under the fig tree and enjoyed a cool drink with the glorious views. There are few good restaurants near by. A fruit shop across the hotel. If you need a hairdresser, I recommend Serge hairdresser salon in the near by shopping centre. He was excellent and was very cheap.
What it was difficult for us, it was how to get into the road this hotel is located. Two way traffic road but it does not allow you to turn into your left, where the hotel is. We drove around the block twice before reception guided us to do a U turn Israel style!
This hotel is very well located and has a spectacular view. The proximity to local transport, the Louis Promenade and restaurants can't be beaten. The breakfast was great.
The hotel looks a bit 'careworn'. The carpets are not clean - even in a superior room. Cleaning won't help - they need to be replaced!
Quiet place ... ideal for a rest or a retreat to work in the privacy of your room.
excellent buffet breakfast
Breakfast selection was good.
I have neck problems and asked if I could have a lower pillow but they didn't seem to have any.
The sea view, and the proximity to the Bahai Gardens, as well as the excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
The fixtures and fittings were rather tired (carpet stains) but the bathroom worked, and the bed was comfortable.
