comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, breathtaking views. close to lovely shopping area. we really felt like part of the population, not just tourists.

it is a long walk down to the bahai shrine. they are renovating rooms floor by floor, so next time we will have a newer room.

The hotel is very old and shabby I don't recommend about this hotel. The price is high but the value is low

the hotel needs urgent refurbishing. it is shabby and definitely not a 4star hotel.

Spacious room with excellent view. Free parking. Free WiFi.

Dirty windows. Very noisy air conditioner even when apparently off. Breakfast could have been better. A double bed is not two singles pushed together!

Good breakfast Perfect view to the city We were in low season, so they they changed our standard number to superior for free Fruits in number as a compliment was a nice surprise

Everything was ok

1. The breakfasts were excellent: plenty of choice and variety. 2. The evening meal we ate in the Chinese restaurant was very nice: tasty hot food served by sweet and friendly staff.

1. The hotel is badly in need of total renovation. The decor was in a poor state of renovation and the bathroom was very shabby. 2. The failure to provide wifi in the bedroom is a poor decision.

great view from the window, special place to seat and admire)) you can see all Haifa on your palm! Not very far from famous gardens and citadel. Small but free parking.

Wi-fi only at lobby. Breakfast is poor. Old furniture, not very clean bathroom. Old doors decorated with floor carpet... Expensive and old...

It was very short, but confortable. Also as I told before, other times, when I made a reservation whith you, all the hotels give the worst room, in spite there are more good free. This time no worry because was for only one night,

I liked the presentation of the breakfast buffet.It was very eye appealing and there was enough food even for the pickiest eater.

Rooms need more sound-proofing.Next door neighbors could be heard.

Terrific location - very comfortable and friendly hotel. We prefer it to the stuffier luxury hotels nearby and will return here next time we are in Haifa.
