Clean room, excellent shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast
Location, price, clean, wifi, friendly staff, nice room..
No toilet brush
I really liked the people, the staff of the hotel. They were wonderful and caring. I loved the newly refurbished rooms as well. The hotel has a delicious Israeli breakfast, that can fill you up for several hours.
I didn't like that Booking.com did not indicate at the time I booked the hotel, that the 5th floor of the hotel was being renovated and construction/hammering/drilling started daily (except Fridays and Saturdays) from 7:30am to 5p.m. When I arrived to the hotel, the same day I booked the room, I was exhausted, and needed to prepare for an early meeting the next day, I was greeted by a sign that said there were renovations going on. I didn't know I could call Booking.com and complain, and I didn't have the energy either to move to a different hotel. I was exhausted and all I wanted was to unpack, prepare for the next morning, and hit the bed. A friend told me later on that I could call Booking.com and complain, which I did a week after I left the hotel, and an unfriendly man at Booking.com practically told me off. Another problem were the main door knobs, which you had to slam in order for the doors to shut. People would slam doors in the middle of the night and make me jump out of my skin due to the very loud noise. I complained the day I left, since I had thought that hotel guests were plainly rude, until I stayed one extra night in a different room, and I realized that in order to shut my room door I had to slam it (this had not been the case with my previous room). But I am very disappointed with Booking.com that it didn't indicate that there were renovations done in the hotel, which was a problem when I worked in my room, or when I was tired and wanted to lay down, or sleep in a bit.
nice and clean room and bathroom TV, refrigerator in the room tasty breakfast all you can eat :-)
the elevator wasn't clean enough hotel is in reconstruction - very noisy from 8 am
the hotel got renovated and the old review are not fit to the new hotel great shower bad and room in this price its the best in tel aviv
Just 100 meters from the sea, and you can even see a small stripe it from your room. Room has big mirrors and comfortable bed. And its easy to find your room, because numbers on the doors are very big and visible. There is big strip club right next to the hotel, so if you are into this kind of entertaiment - that would be a plus. Its sound proof, though, so you don't hear any noise from it at the night.
Breakfast is very modest. There is no blow-dryer in the bath. There is big strip club right next to the hotel and the ground nearby is covered with its advertisement cards, so if you are a prude, religious person and/or traveling with kids - this might be an issue.
- very nice and modern furniture - big bed - 24h reception service - the best location (in the center of city, close to the sea) - Wake up calling in time and free
- high price and room wasn't clean (hosekeeping was only 3 times per 5 days of staying). If I asked to clean the room, they never did it. - Towels were changed very seldom. - Check in was at 15:00, but room were cleaning till 16:00, I lost 1 h - Breakfast is very simple, nothing special - I paid for the late check out at my 1st day of staying, but at the last day on reception I found out that the hotel can't do that, but I paid for it before - Very noisy on the last floor because there was a repair works - Very dirty floor
The room was ok and nice And good window view
WDF !??! At 8:00 am they started a construction work inside of the hotel!?!
never in my life been in such dirty hotel, awfull
Excelente café da manhã
Hotel is placed between Hilton and Sheraton. Only by walk to beach. Wifi and breakfast satisfactory. Personel help politely. Clima works well.a small refrigerator in room.you can leave your bags for Luggage room the day you check out.
Tv was not lcd.
Very old hotel, look like hostel...
Good workers, clean environment, normal breakfast and, of course, great location! Right in front of the beach!
There were scratches and damages on the walls, really old bad, bathroom with no showerhad holder, shower had even had rust! old pillows, the room smelled like an old house.
Updated decor in the bedrooms and the fact that their was a shower and not a bath
No early morning wake up call despite promises and no food available despite promises. The air raid shelter was locked, no key found.
Modern design and new furniture, good breakfast, helpful staff.
Lighting was poor, only 1 ceiling bulb in a corner of the room. No end table by bed, no desk or chair in the room.
The breakfast was pretty good and the escort girl was heaven...
Was ok but no more, the hotel needs an overall renovation. It is very likely that you can find a much better room at the same price, nearby
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was very tasteful. It was like a boutique hotel ideally situated across from the beach and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and there was cappuccino made from fresh coffee beans. Wonderful hotel all round!
Everything was perfect. A real gem!
Location was good and the front desk was very helpful.
Very dirty and run down.
the high price for three stars hotel
Room 103- filthy room, disgusting dirt on telephone, toilet leaking on the floor, blanket and towels threadbare. Reception was aware of this, and we were still charged full rate because we booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel. I would like to ask for some form of refund.
Staff were friendly and breakfast was good
The room we stayed in for the first stay- 2 days Room 103- was disgustingly filthy, blankets and towels threadbare, toilet leaking on the floor, telephone dirty, drains smellly- disgusting that they could rent it out. We were given a new room on our second one day stay- nice but incomplete- poor lighting.
Dirty rooms Poor wifi connection
Staff were friendly, bathroom was lovely with a fantastic walk-in shower, comfy bed and great location.
The refurbishment works were not ideal, especially the banging and drilling at 8.30am
Closed to beach
Very simple and basic. Must have renew
