location personal service quiet room
Great location in the center of Tel Aviv with lots to see and do within walking distance.
The staff was unable to control or deal with rowdy guests who kept me up til 3 one night and 5!!! the next.
The staff was all men! Four of them were nice; But the 5th one was so rude that a guest from Venezuela had to tell him so; He was walking around holding a bottle of red wine qnd his glass at 9:am!!! When I walked to the desk he was on his cell phone. I waited a good 10 minutes for him to acknowledge me and he did it with the phone stucked to his ears.
First of all the reception area needs a good overhaul. It looks really bad! Old decrepited furnitures, wires hanging on the walls. The floor of the room that was given to me looks so awful! The refrigerator looks like it was taken from the trash; the sheets on the bed looked like they were not fresh: The bathroom was disgusting: The pictures seen on the internet were totally deceiving! I did not feel safe in that hotel: I had to barricade my door at night with my suitcase and a furniture. One night I woke up jumping because of noises I heard at my door. The kitchen and restaurant are so not nice! The breakfast was poor; the whole hotel needs a serious overhaul!!! I was extremely disappointed and truly disgusted! The same day that I arrived in Tel Aviv after seeing the room I went looking for another hotel. Finally I ended staying there for a couple of days since I was going to be out most of the time. I also noticed on several occasions that reception area was left unattended by staff and anyone from the street could have had easy access to guest rooms;. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. Keys are used to lock the doors and anyone could easily pop the room door open with a credit card. No one came during my absence to make the bed. The towels were so old looking and rough to the skin. I could not make out if they were white, grey or beige. Same thing with the bed sheets. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed mattress was so hard. This hotel is simply not a three star hotel and is not to be recommended!!!
The breakfast The location
The staff is not helpful or attentive. The rooms are not clean enough and they are not ready at the arrival of the guests.
was cheap and staff was nice. bed was comfortable.
Breakfast is too late (starts at 7:30), there is noise from outside and in. locks on room doors are quite flimsy. not very up-kept.
Very accommodating and helpful. Good breakfast. Location - walking distance to train station (1.6 km) and #5 bus to bus station.
Internet, at times was weak. Could have used a drinking cup in the room, but not a major problem. Hot water was really luke warm - again, not a problem.
Staff was very helpful and nice. Quite large rooms with bathroom, airconditioning. Was suprisingly quite at night. Situated next to the Dizengoff shoping mall and about 20 minutes by walk from the TA HaShalom train station, uncomplicated route.
Old ferniture and equipment, not very clean. Payment only in NIS (shekels) or credit card and the price in shekels was 10% higher than on Booking.com.
The location of the hotel is right at the center of Tel Aviv, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere.
Very small room. Not enough space for 3 persons. Our room didn't look as the one on the pictures. When we asked for the room we booked they told us That there are no free rooms and that it looks almost as the one we requested. Bathroom was very old with dirty bath tube. The room where breakfast was served was very dirty !!!!
We were a couple and we liked the easy access to walk to most places, the cleanliness of the room and the AC, and the helpfulness of the staff. I left my bag there for a week after and it wasn't a problem.
I could have stayed longer!
The breakfast was good.
The room was scruffy.
Very friendly staff Amazing location Super affordable View from room was nice
No shower curtain
The breakfast was great!
On bookings it is listed Airport shuttle. I chose this hotel BECAUSE of this. They NO LONGER offer this service. The front desk staff was helpful, but language confusion and age differences were negatives at times.
Best hotel in Israel!! The best staff and facilities we could ever ask for. Thanks for a great stay and for showing us around Israel.
Staff tried their best to please. Great breakfast.
bad internet supposedly a temporary situation. I did see technician working on it
Service very friendly. Very nice reception and cook. Lots of good food for breakfast. Good transport links and easy and quick to reach on foot.
The only thing that I like was the loctaion
The rooms are very small, bathroom extremely bad, breakfast is very poor, hosekeeping is very bad - they have changed my linen only once during 5 nights stay. There is only one person, who takes care about everything in the hotel(housekeeping, breakfast, etc.). Ceanliness of the hotel is out of any comments....
Friendly staff, centrally located, big bath tub. They gave me discount for an extra night.
Wi-fi signal is really bad, even at the reception. Mostly no signal. The looks of the hotel are a bit rough on the edges. Some paint will do! Also the outside of the hotel. Breakfast is basic.
Facilities not as described. Staff is not very organized. Room was not cleaned. Overall, not quite what we expected from the description in the internet.
The room was old, no relation to the pictures whatsoever (maybe 20 years ago). The reception was playing the tv at 7am at high volume with no respect for the guests. The breakfast was of low quality and only a few things.
Location in the center. Comfort stay. Nice wifi.
Iron was disappeare when it realy needs.
I like location near to town Center & not far to walk the beach, the shopping Center close to the hotel!
When I arrived the hotel around 18:30pm the room start cleaning when guest arrive it's unbelievable very poor service. The bathroom need to change as well. I'm not happy about this hotel.
I rate the hotel as poor in all aspects due to serious problems with the payment. The staff asked for cash US dollars saying that "the CC terminal is currently not working". However, they were not able to provide me a receipt of the payment saying that "the system is currently not working". They promised to fix it by midnight. Nothing happen even the next day. The same the other day when I was leaving. They promised to send it by email - obviously, I have not received anything (they kept my bussines card, they write my email down and get it during the reservation process). It therefore seems like a big cheating.
Looks like family hotel.
The beds were very nice. One member of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Very noisy area, unclean rooms, smelly bathroom. Bad, bad coffee!
