Palacio Domain - Luxurious Boutique Hotel  

The place is really beautiful and it has a really good ubication. The have a very good breakfast and the ladies in the reception were really nice.

For what I paid, services are not good. For example, because it was raining, we wanted to watch a film but they didnt know how to make it works the dvd. We wanted a bottle of wine and they havent. The cookies they put in the coffee room were not so good. To be a boutique hotel they need to work a lot on it so you feel satisfied with what you pay.

Angielski BBEfore our trip to Safed looked at Booking offers, contact the owner of the hotel «Palacio Domain-Luxurious Boutique Hotel» , explained to him that we are a mature couple with 3 children: twins six years old and a boy 2.5 years old, and what kind of room it has to offer , to which the owner very kindly offered a room where a large bed and a sofa bed for children, and that this number will cost us at a specified price on the booking and that it is for us to be very comfortable and inexpensive. Since we were going to come to Safed on Shabbat, the owner promised to cook dinner for an additional fee. 9 November we arrived in Safed, we looked the hotel for 1.5 hours, Not met Saturday Hotels: It is very hard to find the hotel, when settled at the hotel, the owner has put us on notice that we are not prepared dinner and we had to go for dinner at the hotel "Ruth Raymond" ( Thanks to them that are allowed), returned to the hotel in the pouring rain, the room was very cold, the bed on which I slept with wife was very squeaky! (Rarity) And surprisingly blankets were no duvet covers! In the morning my wife made the remark that it was very cold and we froze on that instead of the heater, the owner of cute told her that he, too cold at night. Wife asked for breakfast cook hot milk for the children, to which she replied cook instructive that the Sabbath throughout Israel will not find hot milk (my wife did not tell her that, in general for these purposes have the thermos). At check out, the spouse would pay with the owner, to which he told her that the Booking has already withdrawn funds for the hotel on our map, which really surprised us. On arrival received a statement from the bank and were very surprised that the hotel "Palace" was taken from us much higher amount and filed a claim in the "Booking", where the host hotel for our claim said that the room was booked for 2 adult persons, Children costs 50% of the room, so he took us 150%.

Everything about Palacio Domain is wonderful. The owner, Jean, the hospitality, the amazing beauty, the art, the luxury, the value, the service, the breakfast, the location, the comfort, and on and on. It was a thrill to stay at Palacio Domain and is a reason to return to Israel. Over the years we, and our friends who traveled with us think it is amongst the top places we have ever stayed, if not the best. We could not recommend Palacio Domain any higher.

The decor was unique. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly and very accommodating. The overall experience was delightful.

Really exotic and fun. The host is an entertaining personality in his own right. I have it an excellent rating in all categories.

The breakfast starts to late. It's 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Not convenient if you are sightseeing in the morning.

The two clerks were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our bedroom was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was ample, including a variety of juices, fruits, cheeses, eggs, yogurts,smoked fish and vegetables.

We chose this hotel because we anticipated a relaxing spa experience.But we did not relax. It turned out that we were the only guests at this hotel, although the clerk told us they were about half full. The silence that echoed from the stone walls and floors contributed to the "creepy" feeling we experienced in the very large, over-the-top mansion. Our bedroom reeked of a heavy floral spray that made us open the windows, despite the cold. I told the clerk I could not breathe from the perfume. She admitted that they sprayed the rooms each day and said she would not use it the next day. There were numerous, large and small paintings done by the owner of strange-looking women everywhere. The furnishings and accessories were lavish and eclectic. There was an open bar and coffee, tea and cookies available at all times, but there was no one else to enjoy them with. This was not the hotel's fault, but it did affect our visit. We cancelled the massages we had booked when we saw that the "spa" was in a small underground room that had just two stretcher-like tables in it. Also, the rate for two nights was excessive. In all fairness, we should have known that Safed is not a winter destination. The hotel is probably more pleasant in warmer, sunnier weather when there are other guests to meet and converse with.

It was a terrific hotel, staff were gracious, accommodating and we would definitely return.

אין בחדרים טלפון ליצור קשר עם הקבלה, אין מראה לכל הגוף בחדר.
