Nothing. Not honest hotel.
I have traveled across five continents and is the worst and least honest I've ever seen. Avoid it.
location 15 min walk to the old town; coffee/tea available 24h staff coordinated a bus to the airport for us clean room
interior a little bit old and used our windows opened to the street and the noise was also during early morning
Hotel has not parking!!!
Perfect location, special atmosphere! Tea and coffee (24h/free of charge),u may enjoy it on the balcony looking at a nice small square with green trees. Quiet at night! Clean and new linen. Good breakfast (eggs, butter, milk, cereals, herrings(!) and many smth.other)))Very friendly receptionists!
No elevator, but for me it was no problem at all, usual stairs)))
The location and the area.....many restaurants, bars and nightlife....but the place is quiet.... Breakfast is nice and the staff kind and helpful....
The room and the bathroom were a little bit small....
Basic, but does the job. Clean and comfortable enough for several nights. Simple but ample breakfast included to start the day in the very heart of the city
Needs a little more care and attention to the maintenance to make this a Good hotel
Location, price, staff, breakfast, daily clean linens, Room adequate for price
Found room clean, but during 8 day stay, daily cleaning was very minimal, and room became dirty.
Nice staff members, very helpful!
Air conditioning did not work quite right!
location and the breakfast were good
very old accommodation
Good location, friendly staff, breakfast was good, my recommendation if you don't have to big expectation.
Furniture in rooms are old, but room was clean.
friendliness, help with any problem, location,
Location is ideal! Old city, Jaffa and Ben Yehuda shopping streets. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even prepared us a breakfast for our early tour at 5:00 am. Clean and comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi is strong. Free coffee and tea available 7/24.
Rooms are not noise free. Due to location lots of activities and sound nearby. Some rooms really need refurbishing but for its reasonable prices compared to elsewhere, it is comprehensible.
Good location close to the Old Town. Decent breakfast.
Mould on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, paint peeling off the walls.
The location is excellent - very accessible for everything including restaurants, the old city, the light rail... The price was reasonable and although it was quite run-down, it was clean and comfortable.
Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One in particular was not which did not leave a great impression. The hotel is very run down. They should consider fresh carpeting. It would make such a difference to the feel there if it felt less worn and tired.
Old room and some problems with leakage of water in the bathroom.
Walking distance to the old city
Noisy street at night
The noise from the neighborhood. It is very loud, the whole night through!
Unlimited tea and coffee - use of the dining room - strong wi-fi connection - staff friendly. Central location with easy access to old city. Banks, supermarkets, great transport. Airport transport service efficiently organised by hotel staff.
Very good location, very welcoming and responsive staff (special thanks to Richard for guidance), good and sufficient breakfast. It is good that you can have some tea or coffee in the evening too. The room was small but comfortable and quite clean. All in all quality/price relation is ok.
We couldn't take warm shower as it was either very hot or cold )))
Friendly staff, tea and coffee available anytime and a dining room to sit and chat in as a group. We would definitely stay there again!
The rooms are basic but sufficient, although they could do with a little makeover to modernise them!
The outside of the hotel is a little noise in night
Location was amazing. Dining area was nice. Free wi-fi worked well and great, since other places make you pay for it. Room was comfortable. Desk staff was friendly.
Room decor could use a little updating. Also wish breakfast was less cheese/fish and had more options. Maybe bagels, peanut butter, potatoes, oatmeal, etc.
The staff at the reception desk was more than polite and helpful. Spacious room, coffee and tea the whole day round, breakfast is ok. Not far to the Old City.
Very central position
The hotel and the premises are very old and probably they could invest more in cleaning.
