The hotel was conveniently located and very good value for the money. All we sought were the basics: a clean room, bed and bath and we got even more. Thank you.

Incredibly friendly and helpful Israeli family run the hotel - happy to do internet searches, pore over maps, supply extra soap.... And have long and interesting discussions about world politics....not at all your usual hotel. The place and the family really grew on me during our stay. Breakfast is not supplied. It would be helpful for non-perishable breakfast supplies to be on sale (such as cereals and long-life milk) as one can get stuck when waking up hungry on a Shabbat or public holiday/remembrance day and find all the shops and cafes shut.

The staff were VERY helpful - we needed to use the internet but didn't have a laptop, so they let us use their own computer behind the desk. And when messages came up in Hebrew on the computer, they helped us to translate them so that we could do what we needed to online. The room wasn't particularly clean - with paint peeling from the walls and some stains on the walls,

The Panorama was our choice when we were looking for a hotel to stop at after touring the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights and were heading south to Jerusalem. The price was right on Booking.com and the reviews were OK so we took the chance and booked it. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. But, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice. The WiFi worked in the lobby, as advertised. Side note--I'm always amazed by the fact that the smallest cheapest places will have free WiFi while the expensive and swanky ones charge out the you-know what for this basic service. The hotel is a little run-down but it is clean and comfortable.

Staff were lovely, place was very clean, location is excellent, right downtown and across from Lake Kineret, good value for the price. Rooms are Very Small and even double room only has only one small chair. I would have appreciated even a simple coffee and toast breakfast as part of the service.

We stayed there only 2 days. Great location near to the city center and shops. View of the lake from the terrace is nice. Very nice and friendly staff. They try everything to make your stay comfortable and also telling you more about the things to see around the area. Regards to the staff. Nothing.

The family-run nature of the Panorama really comes through, the staff is super friendly and available 24/7. Shaul is awesome as are his dad and the other family and staff working. I've been to many similar hostel/hotel places and I think this was one of the cleanest and well run I've seen. We were there during the week of Pesach and my guess is that it's a big big value compared to the other expensive hotels in the area. The location is amazing. Want to save money and meet a diverse group of international travelers? This is your spot!!! GO Panorama!! Loved it and will definitely return. Hatzlacha with your great malon! Be clear on what you really need before booking. If your stay requires private parking, an elevator, a Kosher restaurant or high security, then be realistic and be prepared to spend much more. Panorama excels at what it does but it can't be everything to everyone!

Helpful staff, nice view of lake, easy to find. The parking setup was confusing at first, I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room, and the street was noisy well into the night.

Efficient check in made smooth by great staff. Small room was simple and served its purpose well. You pay for what you get. And this was a value for money experience. No complaints.

The hotel I s well located, only few steps from the center, where many bars, restaurants and stores are located. It is not far from the sea either. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very very small, we could barely move around. One evening there was no hot water. Internet was available only in the lobby downstairs The kitchen was poorly equiped. The bedding was dirty with stains. During our time in Israel we stayed at many places that were much much nicer than Panorama hotel and were either cheaper or for the same price

Very friendly staff and the location is ideal as you are very close to all amenities. Hotel might be old but has so much charm and we were told by the manager that they busy upgrading the facilities and rooms. Value for money and ideal place for backpackers as well as families.
