Score from 201 reviews Very good
Lift was small and stuffy - No way you'll fit a double stroller/buggy inside, and took ages to arrive Breakfast was way below average Israeli standards
Location and the weather
Staff and attitudes. Facilities well below standard Check in resembled a prison camp rather than a hotel if everything else in Netanya was full I suggest you try the beach before the Park Hotel a most unfriendly lot who struggle to speak English or Hebrew!
Location was great, room was clean.staff was very good.
Breakfast was not good.cold eggs, coffee not hot.
The hotel is not luxurious but quite acceptable. The pool is a great plus. We appreciated the constant availability of hot drinks.
The building needs an overhaul. Minor things can be improved very easily, e.g. better and more cutlery for breakfast.
Location and very friendly staff and very good Friday evening meal
Location to beach and crntral pedestrian area is excellent.
The physical condition of the hotel is very poor. While the rooms were adequate, the external building looks like collapse is imminent.
Needs renovation to bring up to standard
The location and view
Entrance and lobby had minimal cheap furniture and reminded me of a waiting room. Small Bedroom stank of bleach. Corridors needed decorating and carpets needed replacing. Restaurant food was unappetising and equipment was dirty. Booked for a week but left after three days.
staff not to friendly
A balcony with a sunset, sea, and the city view. Walk to the beach and promenade.
Very good location, fabulous view.
It really needs renovation.
Location on the beach and great view of the Mediterranean. The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast was really good.
Public areas of hotel appear rundown and shabby (in contrast to the rooms, which are clean and comfortable). Hotel was a little hard to locate, signage not immediately apparent from street level.
I understand it is going to be TORN down..and Re-BUILT like a HYATT,,..
Breakfast was NO GOOD... Very Poor Service...
good location, close to see and center. Room had all basics
Front desk was very inefficient. General look very old
Advertised saunas ,pool, jacuzzi,It was all closed and dirty .Bathroom was a nightmare, kept flooding, room cold,no coffee tea in room or water.Fridge was dirty and empty...all for USD118
Location very convenient for main beach area and close to main shopping street. Excellent view of sea and beach from good sized balcony and good sized modern room. Superb Israel buffet breakfast; lots of choice; salads, omelette, cheese, galvanised, cake, fruit, fresh coffee etc.
No complaints at all.
The staff was courteous especially the kitchen staff. We were unavoidably delayed for breakfast and the staff was very patient with us.
There were no controls for the A/C except an off/on switch.
Excellent location. Good sized comfortable rooms.Excellent breakfast. Nathan the waiter was super.. Very helpful. A nice and relaxing Hotel.
Very good breakfast Nice clean rooms comfortable beds nice people and service
The hotel is very very bad. Furniture is very old and dirty. Rooms are very small and the bathroom is clean.Lanes very dirty and musty smelling. The restaurant is clean and the food taste bad.Rickety equipment.Stay in this hotel spoiled on the trip.I regret staying at this hotel., And I would not recommend one.Hart hotel for the fall and is not fit for habitation. The price is very expensive and not worth it.I was thinking of cancellation when I saw the hotel.Does not deserve to be on booking.com. it is the worst hotel in netanya.
