We were given room 616, but a loud humming noise prevented us from sleeping. So after midnight we had to change rooms, most inconvenient.

They served a good breakfast and even arranged an early breakfast on the day of the marathon for the runners staying at the hotel. The structure and cleanliness were averave for local standards (Americans must be aware local standards are different than us standards).

We were directed to this hotel by the organizers of the Jerusalem Marathon. It was approx 1 mi from the park where the run was, but more than 5 mi to anything else. Many of the desk staff treated us as if we were a bother whenever we had a question. Travelers to this area must be cautious of the 'tourist tax' that most vendors, taxi drivers, restaurants will attempt to charge if you are not aware or from the area. Be prepared to have to argue for everything.

Great location that's an easy walk to the Central Bus Station and amazing local markets and an easy drive to main roads. Room was a small suite, with a bedroom mostly filled by the bed and a second slightly larger room with couch and open space. Good breakfast with a live station making scrambled eggs. Plus all the typical overboard of the "Israeli breakfast." And the price was very right relative to other comparable hotels in the area.

It's a work in progress. The hotel recently changed management is doing renovations on the fly. Some of it is more finished than others. When it's all done, perhaps the water pressure, somewhat harried staff, lack of extra towels and bed linen will be resolved. Bathroom is small by American standards, but we saw worse on this trip. At least it had a shower curtain.

There was bid renovation works in the Lobby in many rooms and in Front of the Hotel. Drilling and hammer all day long, everything was dusty and noisy.

The lobby was under major construction without pre notification. The very loud construction noice began at 8:30 am and continued all day. The management was unconcerned about my comfort They need modern day room key security cards

It is currently under renovation. I want to believe that when it is done, a number of facilities will have been improved.

Very old and used infrastructure... It was basically clean...

Location close one light rail stop away from Central Bus Station: easy to get to from airport. Breakfast. Helpful front desk.

Only minor inconveniences: only one waste bucket in the bathroom, no napkins.

I found Rami the manager and the rest of the staff very helpfull as well as the security personnel, the room was always cleaned and fresh towels provided. Internet is provided free, and this ifs more then you can say for other hotels. I Would most certainly stay there again.

They do not have safes facilities in the rooms, but you can have a safe in the office.

The room was ok.

No safe in the room .No swimmingpool in the hotel.Parking for only 10 cars, all others have to pay(from 08.30 till 13.30 )No restaurant, tried to eat there, they had only toasts.Reception personal extreem unfriendly. The elevators are past their security check and should not be used anymore; aftermy complaint at the reception , they removed the paper with the date from the elevator, and used him further on.The hotel is dirty, the dinnerplates for breakfast are with ants and little beatels. There are no saucers for the coffee cups. Coffe spoons are from plastic.It is imposseble to turn the airconditioner in the room on slow,if you do that, he stoppes working completely. Ect. Ect.

We chose a superior room, not sure it was worth the extra price. Hotel is very good value for the money. All went smoothly.

Getting shabby. Bed very old. The wole place had an old-fashioned air. Badly in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was not exciting.

The way staff speak to you - perhaps they do not realise how rude they can be to foreign tourists - probably not intentional but they make you feel you are inconveniencing them !

The location near to a stop of the new tramway is convenient to visit Old Jerusalem

This hotel is overprized and does not deserve the 4 stars it has. Perhaps not even 3. Old structure which urgently needs refurbishing. Rooms don't have a fridge/minibar. Personnel - as always in Israel - is rude and unhelpful. The swimming pool is not on the hotel premises: you have access to the indoor pool of the university campus which is some 15 minutes away; nothing like coming back from a visiting day and relax at the pool.

Old, not renovated

Room very run down. Rug stunk. Bed sloped to one side. Bathroom doof didn't close. Entrance door paper thin with cheap security chain. TV from 50's with 6 channels none in English. Thermostat had one temperature ... Hot. If you ran the fan it reached 100 degrees in room. If you opened the window you heard garbage or delivery trucks beeping all night. The one nice thing in the room was the small plate of fruit and the BEST thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It made up for the worst night ever.

It is close to the convention center.

Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, the first room we were given wreaked of cigarette smoke. The front desk person acted very annoyed and said he would try to get another room, but it would probably have the same problem. After grumbling about it, he gave us another room that thankfully didn't smell. The rooms were OK, but the bathroom smelled like urine.

Dobrze położony hotel, bezpośrednie połączenia tramwajowe i autobusowe, obfite i pyszne śniadania. Spokojna obsługa.

Duży kompleks hotelowy w ciągłem remoncie więc czasami hałas "roboczy". Kosztowny dojazd z centrum w dniach szabatu !
