Too noisy, front desk too busy - I needed to wait long time to me served. What it's worst that customer service was not good (unprofessional and quite rude). Furthermore, the breakfast time I found it inconvenient. If you are on holidays 9.30 is too early to go down for breakfast. You should extended till 11:00 as most of the hostels. Otherwise you should also have room service free of charge.I Thought location was more centre.

This place is not a hotel,it is a hostel. They lie about the rooms, spa, pools, foods and restaurants etc... Rooms are too small to stay, dirty and poor. You can't call the windows as window they are ventilation holes. You have to pass a motorway with your car to reach to pool and spa and yes it takes 10 minutes with car.Even if you can find in university campus, you can't enter. I can say only one thing about the foods;you can buy it from any place in Jarusalem to 15 nis

Ibrahim (Male Maid) on 5th floor, Very nice, Very pleasant, Very helpful with a smile. The Dining room and kitchen staff were nice & friendly. The security personel were also nice and helpful. Shame about the reception staff !!! Did not like most of The Reception staff, full stop !!!... Put me off from wanting to come back to this hotel !!!.Just a smile wast too much for them ... Can't be bothered to explain! Just Go and Look at Their Faces...you'll know exactly what I mean! Wish I could say the same about them as for the rest of the Hotel staff.

An acceptable location and a very good buffet breakfast. I did not get the roomi I ordered and it took a lot of argument before they amended the account accordingly. Also, the supposed pool is situated at the Hebrew University which is a ten minute walk away and good luck if you can find the pool. No directions anywhere.

Wonderfull staff , always prepared to help to the guests. The towels were a bit worn out and stainy. I would suggest to be more attentive when changing towels...At least after some comments it has been taken into consideration and situation has been improved.

The location was good, with good access to the city. Parking was available, but during the day you need to feed the meter. There is limited parking on the premises itself. The hotel could definitely benefit from a face-lift. Dining room ambience was average, as was the quality of the food.

We like the hotel. It was quiet and the location was great. A change to orthopaedic mattresses would help those with back complaints and better coffee in the breakfast room
