The food was excellent. The staff was very caring and responded immediately to your request.
Located very good Great services no need to wait hours until you get ur towels
the hotel was very welcoming at the beginning. the room lookd neet, complementary chocolate, good Wi-Fi the breakfast was allright.
electrical problems in my room lead to the uncharged cell phone, the eco-electricity system shuts down the lights AND electrical outlets once didecting no movement in the room (ie. very concetrated in my pc, dosent move much, or while sleeping..). complaning about it- I was answered I don't know nothin'. I asked for a different room, they said NO. after putting my head on the pillow I discovered the smell of someone that was there before me. the sheets weren't clean!!! yak! when I asked for a sheet change- there was no maid, so I got a new room! one hour and a half after my bedtime...
The food was very good
I never did figure out the half shower door. I always had trouble getting water on the bathroom floor.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel
The breakfast were tremendous, the staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and updated
Location and the girl at the front desk.
Toilet seat, not enough electrical outlets, noisy,
Light train station Kiryat Moshe is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel
The luxury room looks more like a standard one. The hotel seems to have been refurbished only partially starting from 5th floor. First day of our staying water supply was interrupted for a while. During Shabbat on our floor 4-5 rooms were occupied by a group of noisy kids who spent all afternoon shouting and running in the corridor and slamming the doors. We complained with concierge who promised to solve the situation. Nothing was done. At midnight kids were still shouting, running and slamming the doors. Concierge seemed to be annoyed when we called to complain. The day after corridor was full of garbage. Breakfast was poor, only dairy products and salads. Sweets were almost missing. It was hard to have hot milk even in normal days. It seemed that when supervisor was away, the waiters did not care at all about guests.
The rooms are new and spacious. I had a car and found a parking spot just outside even during the busy holiday times.
The only thing I don't think measures up the rest is the breakfast buffet.
Friendly staff (night April 19/20th), close to the tram station, clean and quite spacious rooms. Affordable price. Close to Knesset (walk distance) and Yad Vashem (10 mins by car). Breakfast included and quite ok. More pros than cons anyway.
Some problems with parking. Was not a place available and outside was about to got a ticket. Not a walk distance from the old city. Tram ticket 7shekels, 10mins trip to the Damascus gate.
+ very comfortable, an excellent place to rest after a busy day sightseeing in Jerusalem. + very efficient air conditioning. + very friendly staff. + good value for money ratio.
- the hotel is a bit far away from the centre - it would be difficult to reach the old city of Jerusalem without a car; - there is no underground parking and the parking spaces quickly fill in, especially during the Sabbath; - the wifi connection is very unstable.
Breakfast (wide range of meals) and access to Jerusalem city centre (by light train)
Not enough parking lots (you need to use public parking, which is paid from 8am till 6 pm)
Conveniently located, clean, good choice of breakfast meals, good value for money.
fresh renovated hotel
I was very badly surprised that Ronit Dayan the manager did not work any more for the hotel , I konw her for many many years ,as a very good hands on manager ,allready from the time she worked for Ceassr hotels the hotel was well managed better than many other hotels in Jerusalem ,never lacking any service
While a bit far from the Old City - a tram takes you there in a bit over ten minutes.
The bedroom could do with a bit of a revamp. It is functional and fine but not memorable.
