Everything was top class. I saw that some of the guest complained about not having a 24h reception available, but for us this is actually an advantage as you feel like at home. If you need any assistance Guy is at your disposal 24/7 (and he is a genuinely nice and caring person).
Our only little complaint (otherwise you might not believe my review :) ) is that the service at the caffe serving breakfast was at some times a bit slow. Also some of the servers there speak only Russian (not a problem if you are Serbian of course :)
Everything was top class. Guy has contacted us prior to our arrival to organise pickup from the airport (the hotel may be a bit difficult to find the first time around). He was there for us, all of the time. Staff is caring and helpful, you feel like you're staying with close relatives (the ones you like). Our room was on the first floor with private balcony. Fantastic sea view (just across of Aphrodite's Rock in the old port). Room is spacious and superbly furnished (2 TVs, 2 air conditioners...). The bed is fantastic, top class medicinal mattress. Don't trust the guests complaining about beds being to hard, memory foam on the mattress is 15cm thick (top and costly option). The whole hotel is superbly clean and smells great! Location: you are in the centar of Yafo old town, most restaurants are just 50 meters away. Also, this area is close to Neve Tzedek (which is a place for dinner and drinks in Tel Aviv), a 25 minutes stroll at most. In addition, most of the Tel Aviv is also easily reachable on foot (you can walk by the beach right to the new Marina (2,7 km away). And once you had your drinks/dinner you take a short walk, retreat to your quiet beautiful nest and go to sleep to the sound of waves. Cannot imagine a better accommodation. If you don't like to walk you can use taxi services, taxi station next to the Clock Tower is just 200 meters away. We are frequent travellers (mostly for fun) but were never this satisfied at any place around the globe (this is a boutique hotel and not to be compared to the luxury all inclusive big resorts, but this is not our thing anyway). Having in mind the prices in Tel Aviv, value for money is great. Breakfast was very good, served in a caffe just 50 meters away, traditional Israeli (kosher).
