Nice separate rooms opening to a staircase that serves as inner courtyard of this tiny little hotel. Very polite service.
The roof terrace was poorly equipped and maintained.
Very nice location, nice room, super convenient. wonderful roof top.
Quite noisy (street, slamming gate, noisy a/c)
very nice people, great location.
The location is just great! I enjoyed every moment staying there. Also the people were really nice and kind. A great building in a perfect location and ofcourse in the most amazing city in the world TLV. JUST GO AND SEE.
Location is good. Not far from beach and other nice quarters
The appartment was not clean at all. Quite noisy surroundings
- Nice location - we could leave our bags until very late, helpful owner
- The room was very small - Guest to other rooms ringing into ours - Cleaning was below what could have been expected given the price: a lot of dust, stained mirrors etc (and this in spite we asked one of the employees to clean it again)
good comunication, great location in the middle of everything, I was upgraded for free in a nice room. very nice roof top.
there is now window in the room!!!
It's more a building with 4 small fats than an hotel or a guest house. There is no staff besides to welcome you. This could also be an advantage though according to what you are looking for. We where more thinking about a nice guest house. Otherwise we would go on Airbnb...
We stayed there during New Year, which is not the Jewish New Year, but there were many parties and places to meet a nice mixed international crowd. Unfortunately, it often rained. As it was not much warmer than in most European countries, that was where the problem with the hotel began. Having payed about 210 USD per night for a gay "luxury" townhouse, the place clearly didn't meet our expectations compared to places in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris etc. After the friendly reception giving us useful information about Tel Aviv, we stayed at a spacious room with a comfortable bed and flat screen TV in a modern “youth hostel” atmosphere. The bathroom was tiny with corroded installations. The Wifi was too weak to load homepages or even send Whatsapp messages. Heating was also weak and far below the temperature indicated by the system. The water heater in the kitchen didn't work, glasses and cups were not clean, just as the dirty cleaning-sponge. The smell of cat pee accompanying us throughout the whole stay also made us doubt the hygiene of the place. With no room to warm up, we spend some sunny moments on the roof terrace, which is a good place to meet other guests. Too bad, one of the plastic easy-chairs was broken and during some nights there wasn't any lighting on the terrace, so we bought candles. Though we could have called the staff, who was always friendly. But, if you have a problem you need to wait about 30 minutes, as they are not present in the townhouse. The breakfast-voucher is a nice idea to start the day in one of the trendy cafes of the neighborhood. But don't expect to get the basic breakfast described on the menu of the Bialik-Cafe, with the voucher you'll have half of it. All in all, the place is nice if you pay half the price and stay there during summer but it is clearly not luxury.
If you're just looking for a secret, anonymous place to meet this might be it...
Manager bumping into your room without knocking Staff that doesn't know the parking policies right before their door, which can easily can cost you another 100 Shekel Dust clouds under the shelf, long black hairs left in the shower
Very welcoming and helpful staff, small & cozy, very comfortable beds
