The location is excellent, close to both the excellent shopping on Jaffa Street and the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, and also close to Jerusalem's Old City. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfasts and dinners at the hotel are excellent.

This hotel is great location for visiting both "modern" Jerusalem and the Old City. I also like that for the weekend, there were a lot of observant Jews and it was rather pleasant to share Shabbat with them. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as quiet. I had a balcony which was a bonus. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great value for money.

1. Effective and friendly check-in service 2. The breakfast was very good: excellent variety and quality of food 1. Car parking costs NIS30/day except Friday & Saturday 2. Wifi only available in the lobby and had to be re-registered afresh every time one returned to that location 3. The room was very small considering the cost 4. Overall, expensive for what amounts to a 3+1/2 star hotel at best.

This is a honest 3.5 star hotel with old looking rooms. Location is excelent. No free parking inside, just a small parking lot outside where they charge 30 nis a day. Some refurbishing is welcome.

A friendly, family-oriented, clean and super-located hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. Not as fancy as the "high end" hotels but much more "hamish". The lobby is like being in your livingroom at home. Wonderful staff and great buffet breakfast and Sabbath dinners and lunches (buffet style) at reasonable prices for the center of Jerusalem. You can walk to the Old City or to Ben Yehuda Street. Our TV service "went down" our last night there. There is some noise from city traffic - much like NY City hotels.

The location is excellent. The hotel is near the Old City, and is also near the modern shopping district around Jaffa Street and Ben Yehuda Street. The beds are comfortable, and the hotel and its rooms are clean. The service is very good. The dinners at this hotel are superb. The food is delicious, and there is much to choose from. Breakfast at the Prima Kings is also very good.

Very welcoming and friendly staff (including the cleaners), rooms in excellent state of repair. It's true the hotel is basically a concrete block but the abundant flowers on each balcony make it look really nice. Breakfast has a great range of products, including what must be Israel's largest selection of cheeses. It also has eggs prepared in several different ways, chocolate brioche (really good), many different salads, and cerial. Hot drinks include hot chocolate, tea and coffee. There is also fresh mint for people who want fresh mint tea. Breakfast from 6.30am to 10am. Cleaners start coming round at about 10am. You get a copy of the Jerusalem Post on your door every morning. The Café de Paris is surprisingly reasonable and has chatty, friendly staff (and their chocolate souffle is actually just a chocolate mousse cake and is the best I have ever had by far, really really good) Juices I have a feeling weren't fresh, but artificial at breakfast - though they did have the 'bits' in them and didn't taste bad. There was orange and there was lemon. Also, the WiFi is not free but 2 Euros per half hour which is quite a lot I think.

The location is fantastic. Rooms are a bit small, but certainly clean and comfortable. Our first room was very small and we were moved to a larger room without a problem. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was more than eager to help. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
