The easy walking distance to the Coral Reef Nature Preserve and having access to the beach and swimming pool/ No way to communicate via the internet with the hotel from overseas. I sent a question to the webmaster address listed in the booking confirmation and never got a response.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. A very good hotel for families. A bit too far from town, and not the prettiest setting for a hotel. Also, no proper beach access.

Good, very comfortable hotel close to the beach. Great value for money, everything is taken care of. Good restaurants in the area (we liked especially the fish place right next to the marina). The area is detached from the city itself. There are good connections by free bus and (at night) taxi, but don't expect to be in the middle of everything. We just stayed for a couple of nights and didn't care much, so for us it was a good bargain compared to a similar location in the centre of Eilat.

We came here on the way back from a trip to Jordan. It was a great place to relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved that we could borrow CDs and playing cards. The pool area is a lovely place to hang out. It would be better if it stayed open later. We arrived just past 6 and it was closed and there isn't anywhere else nice outside to sit. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choices on the buffet and eggs made to order. It's not the over-the-top feast I've seen at fancier hotels, but very good. We had a car, so no problem getting to town. Great location for Coral Reef Beach and the Underwater Observatory. Please keep the pool open later! Or at least let guests sit in the pool area, even in the pool is closed. The cushions and cabanas catch the breeze and are a lovely place to sit, and there really isn't anywhere else outside.

Close to the beach and not far from coral reefs, good food, seaview from all the windows, good service, design. Fair cleanliness of the room, non-heating pool, small beach for the high season. Also on the confirmation of booking there was an information about payment:"payment in local currency".Ilost about 80 dollarswhile changing but the hotel accepted cradit cards and cash in dollars or euro actually.

I saw a wild dolphin across the street from my hotel at the beach. That was the highlight of my stay I found pair of men's dirty underwear on the floor. The food at dinner time, which cost $25 US was hideous so I complained and the manager was rude and visibly angry with me for complaining, but gave me a free dinner anyway. There was no way I would eat there again, but I did because of a storm. That night would have been worth the 25$, but i think the food and presentation was better because there was two bus loads full of tourists.

they had a shuttle bus into town The bath tile had mold on it, a staff member came into the room to leave a box of chocolate and must have used the phone while we were in town because we were asked to pay for a phone call which we didn't make.

Modern hotel with good facilities, basic but sufficient. We had a car, so getting to Eilat and neighbourhood was very easy. Hotel also offers shuttle, but we did not try that. Our standard room was spacious and clean. Staff needs to be much friendlier.

Should be a nice atmosphere during high summer season, stands on 2nd line, near to the rather nice public beach, clean sea, coral reef is near Rather far from Eilat, transportation is not organised properly: free bus tickets to center are available, but only 5 busses per day, you must search for the stop by your self on a street, only bus n333 is available for free... We could not find it, so used taxi (app. 30 shekels one way). During low season no activities that were promised in hotel information (like jazz concerts in the evening etc) were available. Pool was closed. Overall: ok for 2-3 days travel, but I would advise Orchide Resort nearby - it is infront coral reef and has much more interesting design.

Quiet and calm, relaxed atmospher, sea view from the room. Nice music.Breakfasts were very good.and gourmet. Comfortable rooms, which were carefully cleaned every day. There is nothing to complain about. But for young couples it'd be better to sleep on a mattress that is not divided into two easily moving parts.

I was using Eilat as a stop-over to Petra, and while not located near the main drag, it was close to a smaller, less crowded beach. My room was great, and the staff was super helpful.

Great location away from busyness of Eilat city center. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge and safe available for guest use. View from room was good, sea view. Room decor was fine. Bath room could have been cleaner. Care should be taken with scrubbing bathroom tiles and ridding them of dirt and mildew.

It's a very creative and nice hotel for that price. We really liked the pool, the garden (especially the sea view) and the location (2 mins from the beach). It is also a nice thing to have a free shuttle to the downtown.
