To be honest, we only spent one night at the hotel, so there isn't very much we can say about it. The room was very adequate for our needs. Part of the staff, specifically some of those who serve breakfast only seem to speak Hebrew, which makes communication impossible if you don't speak the language, and they made no efforts at all to find somebody who spoke another language. Reception staff speak English and were always helpful, as well as the housekeeper of our floor, who, although knowing little English made all efforts to understand what we needed. |

Staff was great,even went out of their way to get a recipe for my wife. We needed a break after a 12 day tour of Israel. It was nice to go to a hotel that catered to Israeli families and tourists. Yoga and water classes were greatly appreciated. |

Good location, as it is not in Eilat, but right next to the coral reef resort, which is a really amazing beach - and not a crowded one. (there is an entrance fee, and it's only open till 5). Every room has a see view. Great sea food restaurant right next to the hotel. |

My friend and I were staying overnight in Eilat before going on to tour Petra in Jordan and we were pleased that Prima Music was in the port area rather than the too busy hotel area of Eilat. Very nice staff. |

Tthe pool area was very nice the staff were friendly the surroundings were beautiful. I have no complaints, this is my second staying at this hotel and I will return. |

It was comfortable and the cleanliness The night staff could not find my reservation and were not very helpful. I arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and was very tired and he insisted I pay before I could go to my room. |

The hotel was close to the Coral Beach, just 10 min. walk from the coral nature reserve. The design concept was cool and well implemented. Each floor had different music theme and color set. The breakfast was served until 12 in the morning which is perfect for morning sleepers. The backyard with pool was a cool chill out place with huge pillows and tents, but the staff by its bar should take a course in customer service. However, the staff at the lobby/check in was very helpful. The bathroom had some leaking problems. The internet was far too expensive. |

The proximity to beaches away from the tourist part of Eilat is the best thing about the hotel if you are there to enjoy the natural things of Eilat. The pool area is great with lovely lounges to lie on and look beyond the palm trees towards the sea with the mountains of Jordan in the distance. Yoga on Saturday is offered free and the teacher is excellent. The breakfast is varied & plentiful but not enough healthy options - need more fruit. |

Nice hotel close to the beach and oceanarium. You can drive (not far away) or take a free shuttle to Eilat center. Good breakfest No balcony. |

Nice clean good furnitured room with the sea view. Big parking. Nice breakfast until 12. Bus to Eilat centre every hour. Safe-deposit in the room. Nothing extraordinary, but value for money. I liked it. Petrol station under your window. |

Location was good and price was reasonable. Staff very accommodating and prepared a box breakfast for us. There was music on the beach that was extraordinary loud that was horrible since we needed to arise at 5am for a trip to Petra the next day. If we had a room away from the front of the building we would have been fine. |

A stylish hotel with good music everywhere (even a stereo in the room and free cds to rent in the lobby). A nice welcoming box of fruit and wine, and the breakfast is a feast! The pool was cold, but it was December. The material of the bedsheets (half polyester half cotton) didn't feel great and wasn't quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. |
