Room was very small
friendly service at breakfast from worker there. nice, religious atmosphere.
public computer was free of charge but terribly slow. there was also no opportunity to print a boarding card which these days is essential.
You couldn't find a better location or amenities for a forum person. Amazing breakfast! Attentive staff. Thank you Ahmad.
Great location with easy tram access to many city facilities and old city.
Ì really appreciate the staff. They were outstanding. Customer Service was superb. I would stay again.
staff at reception helpful but will ignore you while on personal phone calls
A wonderful hotel close to everything a visitor would want to explore! Food was excellent!
Close to center of town.
Hotel is 1 block into Haredi neighborhood. Many hotel patrons are Haredi. Some, certainly not all, were at times quite rude to us non-Haredi guests: Talking loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night for extended periods, pushing past us at the breakfast buffet, talking over us at the breakfast table as if we weren't there. Would think twice about staying again.
Walking distance to the Old City, Mahane Yehuda Market, plenty of walking areas on Shabbat, great breakfast, food good but expensive.
parking was problematic at times, nothing for teenagers to do on Shabbos unless you bring your own games.
The hotel was kept very clean. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to trains, buses, and taxis if needed. The personnel were very responsive and helpful. The room faced the courtyard and was bright and cheerful. I would definitely consider returning on another visit.
A+ location. Well kept, comfortable rooms and an amazing breakfast.
it was center Jerusalem walking distance to all local locations
the original picture that you featured was a full couch in the suite and I actually paid at least $150 more for my rm but unfortunately I had the best rm in the hotel and it only has a half of a couch (one seater) also the suite was small the bathrm/vanity was tiny.
