Nice hotel in a convenient location
We arrived in a snowstorm with the motorways blocked, contacted the hotel and asked to stay at there sister hotel in tel aviv, they said no as I'd booked via booking .com,despite already receiving payment.
I like the location the stuff were nice
I did not like the coffe You need a new machin to have a nice caffe Late
Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Moussa, you are the best! You saved my vacation!
The beds need to be replaced. Have to keep asking to be able to log in for wifi.
The staff was very kind and made the experience a pleasant one! The location is great and easily accessible. The Prima Royals was a comfortable stay that really suited my needs. I enjoyed the trip so much! Thank you so much for your services!
I didn't have wifi, I found the breakfast to be inadequate, and although the staff was extremely kind, I found that certain things took a little longer than necessary to be taken care of. But I had a great stay. Thanks so much!
It was really convenient to the old city - a pleasant walk to the Jaffa Gate. Charlie, the taxi driver who is often near reception, was helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was a corner grocery shop nearby.
Nothing bad, it was all good.
Quiet, clean, spacious comfortable lobby, nice breakfast spread.
Soaps were small.
On the average the staff was vey good. My only real problem was with getting my deposit refunded. Eventually this was handled very efficiently by Eliran.
Great location in a prime residential area. Comfortable and quiet no nonsense hotel.
Wifi only in foyer
Spacious lounge area. Excellent breakfast. Well located for old city and centre of town.
Lack of room for clothes. Some lights did not work in bedroom.
staff congenial location accommodating in every way will come again
nothing i can think of
We liked the quiet location of the hotel and we were able to walk from there to the Old City. Good range of food for breakfast.
Nobody seemed to man the bar when we could have done with a drink or light meal- even allowing for the fact that it was a holiday period an hotel should still be able to provide its guests with all facilities.
The position and the staff were great. It was a very homey environment. Great breakfast in true israeli style!
Can hear people in next room!!!! WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS DUE TO NOISY and crying children...and parents yelling at them!
Quiet and quaint . Near to interesting tourist spots and adequate restaurants and bistros .Centrally situated but very quiet and comfortable.Recommendable
Room was alright. Clean and neat. Helpful staff.
Breakfast was good but expensive.
It wasn't Prima or Royal. Rooms were basic and old, staff didn't know how to smile. They never gave us enough toilet paper. Wifi was only free downstairs, not in the rooms.
You should provide Wifi free of charge for your customers instead of just the public areas.'
See my recommendation before for the WiFi Sk
We enjoy our stay, the hotel is in a walk distatnce from Old city, and you walk through nice park. The breakfast was great, with live music on piano :)
location and pool
rooms were outdated - needed updating and freshened up
Very difficult to change the length of my stay. Reservation manager very difficult to get through to and front desk staff not helpful.
Room could have been cleaner
I like Jerusalem,it was may 6 stay in the beautiful, old and most impresive city for all religions and all poeple
