City Hotel is centrally located in Tel Aviv, halfway between the sandy beaches and the Dizengoff shopping district. Rooms are bright and spacious and are all air-conditioned.

EVERYTHINGT SO GOOG THANKS
location is the best parking available helpful staff
The dining room. It has steps to carry plates of food up and down. The floors are uneven. the windows are dirty. Food is limited in choices and average to minimal quality by Israeli standards and not kept hot
I can really recommend hotel's breakfasts. Personel is perfect, localization is very practical.
On the beach with parking available. Happy hour was nice bonus.
Very difficult for people with walking problems. dining room has steps while holding food and the floors in the dining room are not smooth.
Staff not friendly unless you are russian, charged twice for the hotel stay, parking not available even payed in advance, towels in room not available unless asked at reception, unfriendly atmosfere
Agreed to very early check in and room ready, parking next door, view, pleasant balcony with view for breakfast, proximity to beach
Tiny bathroom, no wifi in room
Do not provide the service of garaging/parking of MOTOR VEHICLES. When on business time is most important.
1. Excellent place. 2. Small comfortable hotel 3. Excellent personnel 4. Good services 5. Excellent breakfast 6. Suitable room with sea view
Windows have a very bad noise protection. So in the evening it can be noisy depending on the activities on a beach and closest restaurants
Always they are ok but this time the room was not according to my booking level, continuos bad smell from toilet, not completely clean bed linnen and the manager became defensive when I described to him all of the above
The location near shops, restaurants, and beach
The hotel felt tired and in need of serious refurbishment
we arrived at 7pm and the room was not ready yet
Had a terrible experience. The hotel is old and service is the worse I've ever seen. For sure is not a 4 stars hotel. Surely do not recommend.
Everything. Service, food, staff, price, rooms, facilities. Never seen such a terrible place.
No room service front desk rude
The afternoon drinks and snacks
The Prima Tel Aviv is a nice small hotel at the center of Tel Aviv. It's 2 minutes from the beach and 5 min. from Dizengoff street. I found no flaw at this place: The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious, clean and nice and the location just great. Usually I try to drop breakfasts at hotels because most hotel breakfasts are as expensive as unattractive: The breakfast at Prima Tel Aviv is an exception. One chooses between a rich selection of cold and warm, vegetables, cheese, marmalades (only they don't offer sausage) and one overlooks the beach and the sea while having breakfast. For me this hotel is a place to be ...
First I checked in in an economy room for one person. After a few nights I decided to upgrade to a bigger room (again the staff was helpful and friendly): The small rooms are ok but really small and a bit basic. The bigger rooms are much more spacious and pleasant (I found). I would recommend to avoid the economy rooms.
Natan at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful!
Wifi isn't free. Hotels in Israel are pricey nowadays.
The sea view was excellent. The location very close to beach and in easy walking distance to centre of city. Breakfast very good and with great view of beach area.
Shower area over bath ...water leaked out on floor and although complained was not rectified. Could see how bottom of door was badly damaged by water...check this out as you would have room No...I cannot remember it.
Location was really great.
Single room was really small. Too small for tall adult. Fixtures old and bathroom extremely small and tight. Breakfast was standard with little variety from day to day. View and location were outstanding.
Parking not available every day. Had to park elsewhere at much higher rate then was on our confirmation. 100 nis instead of 30 nis Manager said he would not charge for internet from 6/27-6/29, but he did charge because I did not order it.
This location was the best! One min. walk to the beach. walking distance to so much.Surrounded by restaurants, shops, buses, taxies. Refrigerator in the room was a plus. A safe in the room for valuables. Blackout curtain to keep light out for sleeping. The staff for the most part was very very nice and helpful. The breakfast was convenient on the days we were in a hurry to get going (breakfast staff not so friendly). 3 star hotel by U.S. standards.
Every day we had to ask for extra towels. (No small wash clothes at this hotel). The room and the beds are a bit small, but for the price it was expected. (Bathroom is tiny) WiFi is only in the lobby and a bit slow, but free. Do to the location...Somewhat noisy especially on Thursday night (the big party night in Tel Aviv). I suggest ear plus if you are a light sleeper.
Poor housekeeping. Missing towels, missing shower gel, sheets much too small for bed.
Excellent location, friendly staff, a convenient place to be based in TA.
Bathrooms could be upgraded in my opinion.
Room needs remodeling
Location excellent. Room and view very good
The hotel especially the eating area wad dirty. Staff not bothered st all and surly when asked to clean dirty tables snd dirty floor
Loved the location Your great breakfasts and your very nice staff. Your lobby was also very lovely
Room could have been cleaner
