Large room, table and chairs, free wifi

Traffic noise, cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning, floors dirty, not enough off street car parking

The room was clean and spacious, and so is the bathroom (which is very important to me). It's nothing fancy but it's clean and decent. Good value for money.

It's up on a hill so walking all the way up from the Old City/city center is a bit demanding, which was fine to us.

Great hotel, perfectly clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. The best hotel we stayed in Israel, amazing value for money. Amongst other weird looking places this was an excellent choice.

15 minutes walk from the seafront but Tiberias is not a big place so we actually enjoyed going out for a stroll.

The breakfast is great, with a lot of options of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, yogurts, cereals, salads etc.

The Prima Too Hotel walls are VERY thin! There was a group of pilgrims in the room next to us, and we could hear everything they said (and they talked a lot...) until late at night or the next day early in the morning (around 5AM)... Terrible! The WiFi is only in the lobby, so we had the spent a couple of hours downstairs everyday. Regarding the staff, they were not very friendly and they have the habit of reading sacred Jewish writings during working hours, instead assisting the hotel guests. I am pretty sure that they are not being paid for that...

    The food and the beds

originally I booked for prima too hotel and I was upgraded to the sister hotel which was hell of a stay because the air conditioning was working only on heat and it was very hot outside. When I called the reception to come and fix it they said that they cannot because in the winter it works only on heat and it was actually summer outside so the whole vacation I was sweating like hell.

the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was great. And the style is awesome

room 217 that I got at first I had the bathroom ceiling connected to the second room next door and I heard everything from the other room and the baby screaming. I went down to the reception and the lady there was more than happy to help me change to another room

All fine, we were there for one night for the 10K race and it was just what we needed. The only staff we had contact with were the people at reception and we didn't use any of the facilities or even eat breakfast (because of the race)!

    - room was spacious - bed was comfortable - breakfast was good - view was nice - no noise preventing us from sleeping - not too far (albeit on a steep hill) from the center of town

    - WiFi in lobby only, not in room, which forced us to go downstairs everytime we wanted to check or send e-mail - staff members weren't always as informed or prompt in responding as they could have been; for instance, one member didn't know the times that breakfast would be served; it was impossible to reach a staff member by phone on another day, with the result that we had to wait another day to send in laundry - laundry was expensive, especially with same-day surcharge
