location and price
dirty and nasty
1. Good location -- close to promenade and exit to the north. 2. I wouldn't say sub-standard hotel, but it's cheap and it is what was expected at that price (1056 shekels for 2 nights including VAT during Sukkot holiday) 3. Friendly staff 4. Food was just mediocre, but I could see how non-Israeli tourists would enjoy it more. 5. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable (despite it being twin mattresses). 6. This is a hotel that is good for being used a base from which to tour around, not for enjoying the facilities of the hotel because there are none.
1. In great need of a little renovation and redesign. 2. Bed was composed of two twin mattresses. Hard to cuddle with an annoying gap in the middle. 3. Didn't have a pool.
Large room, table and chairs, free wifi
Traffic noise, cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning, floors dirty, not enough off street car parking
friendly staff wonderful A/C good view of city from 4th floor bedroom window late check-out on Saturday
car parking arrangements one small lift - just room for two front steps - carrying bags front door - opens out across steps
The room was clean and spacious, and so is the bathroom (which is very important to me). It's nothing fancy but it's clean and decent. Good value for money.
It's up on a hill so walking all the way up from the Old City/city center is a bit demanding, which was fine to us.
Not even a picture on the wall and very noisy!!!
Great hotel, perfectly clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. The best hotel we stayed in Israel, amazing value for money. Amongst other weird looking places this was an excellent choice.
15 minutes walk from the seafront but Tiberias is not a big place so we actually enjoyed going out for a stroll.
The breakfast is great, with a lot of options of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, yogurts, cereals, salads etc.
The Prima Too Hotel walls are VERY thin! There was a group of pilgrims in the room next to us, and we could hear everything they said (and they talked a lot...) until late at night or the next day early in the morning (around 5AM)... Terrible! The WiFi is only in the lobby, so we had the spent a couple of hours downstairs everyday. Regarding the staff, they were not very friendly and they have the habit of reading sacred Jewish writings during working hours, instead assisting the hotel guests. I am pretty sure that they are not being paid for that...
Too far from downtown.
The food and the beds
originally I booked for prima too hotel and I was upgraded to the sister hotel which was hell of a stay because the air conditioning was working only on heat and it was very hot outside. When I called the reception to come and fix it they said that they cannot because in the winter it works only on heat and it was actually summer outside so the whole vacation I was sweating like hell.
the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was great. And the style is awesome
room 217 that I got at first I had the bathroom ceiling connected to the second room next door and I heard everything from the other room and the baby screaming. I went down to the reception and the lady there was more than happy to help me change to another room
Good simple hotel
All fine, we were there for one night for the 10K race and it was just what we needed. The only staff we had contact with were the people at reception and we didn't use any of the facilities or even eat breakfast (because of the race)!
Excellent, in the middle of Jerusalem. Free parking, friendly staff. clean/nice rooms. Best experience during 3 weeks trip in Israel
