The food was good the service in the Dinning Room was good and the beds were very nice. The front desk at check-in was a big problem! After we had checked in the Front Desk Staff asked to see my passport again and because we travel on more than one passport I did not have the same passport in my pocket as I used to enter the country. I have two passports and my Wife has three. We own homes in the usa and in Holland Because of this they added another 17% to our bill and this is unacceptable anywhere. Of course we could have gone back to Tel Aviv to fetch the proper passport and saved the 17% but that would have cost us a day! We won't go back to this Hotel. We usually stay at the King David Hotel but this was a conference and the location was important to us. We would have spent more in the Taxi.. |

it was the most noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in - the walls are paper thin - and there was heaps of unruly kids - running and shouting in the corridors - hardly had any sleep . Also suppose to have views of the old city - I am still trying to see it - and that was teh main reason I stayed there |

We had 2 rooms on the 8 floor, but we heared every, noise from the lobby, people singing-children running up and down at night.Safe in the room are not working, you muss ask the reception to get some from them, but be quick because only few available.Hotel is very far from the city and change rate is very bad compared even to other hotel. They have fitness room with old machines, but price not included in room price. |

appropriate accommodations for the Jewish Sabbath It was December, but there was no heat. We had a choice of either turning the climate control off or of having only cold air blowing in. Either way, the room was unpleasantly cold. |

It was convenient to all destinations within Jerusalem. The balcony was a nice size and ours looked over the pool, so we could see the children. The staff were all helpful and friendly during our stay. There was a huge convention from Nigeria. As lovely as they were, the hotel should have had them dine in a seperate room as this caused too much over crowding in the dining room. Our toilet was blocked from the first day and everytime we reported it, they were very good at coming up to sort it. However, they just used the plunger, it needed a plumber not a plunger as it didn't solve the problem. |

This recently Hyat Regency Hotel has an excellent panoramic view over Jerusalem. It has been in the past a splendid hotel! This hotel, not anymore part of the Hyat Hotel chain ,needs badly maintenance and renovation. Most corridors and common parts are dirty. It gives a worn-out impression. Not recommendable. The booking.com description is not the reality!! |

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located - walking distance from restaurants (5 min.), Hebrew University (15 min), and the Old City (30 min). The spa is phenomenal and the gym is fantastic. My room had stunning views of the courtyards as well as the city - incredible. Much more than anticipated. Internet was not free and only available in public spaces. |

The hotel was wonderful - beautiful architecture, wonderful staff, and fabulous views of the Old City. Absolutely the perfect place to stay for first time visitors to Jerusalem. The only drawback is that wifi is not free. Wifi costs around $17.50 for 24 hours and is only available on the fourth and sixth floors (public areas). |

I enjoyed visiting all the local areas and going to the old city. Location wise was ok and the food in the evening was nice. I found the staff not very welcoming and quite rude at times. They were not friendly and found I dont think I saw anyone smile. |

Excelent value for money, a very good Jacuzzi and swimming pool (available for a fee) and good Gym. The rooms were clean and confortable A bit far away from the old city. Taxi's expensive but a bus to the old city was available nearby. The furniture is a bit old but clean. |
