Large room, swimming pool,
Distance from city and tram, needs renovating, breakfasts, service to fix room items useless
I wish the receptionists were a little bit more friendly and polite. During the check in I didn't feel I was particularly welcome, quite the contrary. Except the unpleasant encounter at the reception, my overall experience with the hotel was a nice one.
Very good personell and very nice and clean rooms.
a. Forget the food. b. When riding the elevator, it may happen that employees riding with you will talk about you, thinking you don't understand the language they are speaking. Well, it was a it funny, but the hotel should take care and send an order forbidding staff to do that, in any language.
Personnel tres serviable
Bad Service, corridors look like they were not cleaned for 2 weeks, staff rude...
great, abundant breakfast buffet; beautiful lobby and common areas;special treats for kids; lovely swimming pool; friendly, well kept and fresh
Can't think of anything
Lounges Pool area Near to public transport (tram into downtown Jerusalem) Helpful check in, pool and bedroom staff
Tired bedrooms and bathrooms Unreliable wi-fi (sometimes works, often didn't)
THE SHOWER IS IN THE BATH but this applies to most hotels
Everything was excellent.
Use of executive lounge
First room allocated did not have an outdoor seating area. We had requested a balcony. The next room was much better
1. Room was old and had a smell of smoke combined with humidity 2. The beds were sinking 3. The bathroom was disgusting 4. Its far from the old city. For $300+ per night look for something else in Jerusalem
Amazing entrance hall, perfect views to Jerusalem, kind service. Nice staying! :)
Lot of outdoor space in the hotel for children to enjoy
Limited or no information regarding local travel option and staff are not very helpful in giving information
Hotel with a good structure, Fantastic breakfast. Spa, Fitness Center and pool clean and comfortable. It has bars and restaurants with beautiful city views. Hotel typical of person that comes in excursions. Own and free guest parking.
The rooms are not new.
Unique architecture, Turkish baths, pool, gym, large rooms, comfy beds.
Hotel corridors were like echo chambers (could hear everyone passing the room and anyone talking even at the end of the hallway). Housekeeping woke us by knocked on our door at midnight to deliver a pillow we never ordered. Website said free shuttle to Old City and altho we requested it for the next day, it never showed up forcing us and others to take taxis. Dinner buffet was expensive, 45USD.
The room was lovely, and the service impeccable. Very clean throughout. The front desk staff was most helpful. I would stay here again.
For room service, I had asked for one entree and two side portions. Instead, I received three entree sizes and was charged for all three as entrees. $115 for one meal? Those in the kitchen must understand English more clearly.
Nice executive room
No wifi signal in the room
Nice views. Convenient location.
Close to old town
Warm wine Slow internet Slow service
we had a great time and will definitely go again
staff were pleasant and accommodating...the hotel supervisor for the morning breakfast and dining is very kind and friendly.. will surely going to come back.
The indoor swimming pool wasn't open for the kids ( not signed in the presentation of the hotel) - all the facilities closed at 18 p.m- the staff not realy helpful.
the manager at the front desk
the staff in the restaurants, the other front desk people, the rooms that have not been updated.
The hotel is beautiful. Wide open with a lot of space and beautiful landscaping. Very clean. The spa was good with great saunas, pools, massage. The exercise room was good too. Lots of different cardio equipment, small free weight and machine area, but adequate. The front desk staff was great as was the concierge and some great small shops on the property. The food was very good with a large variety in the buffet
The prices. $10.00 for a cappuccino,$15.00 for a draft beer, $49.00 for the buffet. The suite I had, had a noise problem and all they could seem to do was turn off the AC, and this suite was $580.00 per night! There was not any consideration for the money that was spent while there, when you check out, YOU'RE OUT. I had a lot of time to wait for the ride to the airport and check out time was at 12:00. I was not going to be allowed to use the spa facilities because check out was at 12. I had to get my group leader involved just so I could use the locker room and the saunas because I had 6 hrs. before going to the airport.
Food was fabulous, incredible variety of fresh wholesome food Helpfulness of staff - counting money, directions, airport shuttle. Room cleaning Comfortable bed Location near the light rail for easy access to the old city Free Wi-Fi
Men's locker room in the spa did not seem to reflect the high standard of the rest of the hotel- seemed old. Light switches are confusing - some aren't light switches! When you are over the sink, the overhead light is behind your head, giving no light on your face. Hand towels would be more conveniently located above sink to right.
