It must be the most expensive hotel in the area.

Location is very good. Have stayed at the hotel many times over the last 12 years

I liked the location of the hotel. It was not 5* hotel, at my point of view it was 4*, but anyway I liked it very much. The hotel is near the beach and the view is perfect.

Room conditioner has no thermostat. Can operate aye low, medium, high or off for fan speed, but even at low speed room freezes at night or too hot if off all night Bed old and shaky. Carpet old and worn.

Good location directly on the beach. Nice hotel, not high luxury, but good for couples. Beautiful view direction Jafa. Good breakfast buffet.

Noisy as we had a room facing Jafa and the main road(s). Renovation works in close by Sheraton wake you in the morning with a drill hammer. (Temporally) Elevators are slow and let you wait long. Lounge is below level. Bed was too soft (for older people like us)

The reservation was made for smoking room, non-smoking was offered. Had to wait for two hours. No bathrobe in the room, when brought it looked badly worn out. Breakfast was rather poor. Minibar refill was a great problem. The hotel beach was charge separately. When I asked for couple of hours extra time, it was also charged additionally.

The 16th floor rooms & executive lounge. The wonderful staff. Location!

Don't get a massage there, they leave you no time to relax after treatment.

Cost. Very expensive. Supplementary charge of €20US /day for wireless braodband is scandalous given the cost of the rooms. Wireless turned out obe unsecured and rather weak signal, not very useful. Would turn me off booking at Renaissance hotel again. No question.

It was our 3rd time in this hotel. We like it very much and we noticed that it's always improving it's service and facilities.

Hotel more better then Herds, but Leonardo Plaza was was more better.

We liked the location and the design of hotel Lobby

Didn't like breakfasts (no meat at all, not ripe fruits). No bathrobe and slippers in the room. They put shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for one person, though there are 2 people in the room.

Location on Tel Aviv beach is ideal. You can relax after a sightseeing trip. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Room very comfortable. View is great

Dont arrive on a Saturday, although I think is applies to all hotels in Israel

Very polite personnel within the whole hotel, excellent choice of breakfast, very clean & comfortable room/bathroom by the sea. Loved the open air restaurant in the evenings on the beach in the sand in front of the hotel.

Found the price of the room a little excessive. The lifts were very slow and the waiting time was long on numerous occasions. Would have really appreciated a designated area on the terrace outside for eating breakfast.

We stayed there many times before and loved everything about it. This time however, I was apoled to find the floor of our room quite filthy. I did complain and was told that it will be reported. I hope so, we plan to book it again soon

The situation of the hotel near the beach and close to the city,the rooms very confortable and the vue on the see from the 15 floors

The staff is not pleasant and not helpful ,it is a very bad sensation in a such expansive hotel !!!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on 4 previous occasions and know exactly what to expect. Renovation since we were there last has been well done.

Renaissance Hotel is a very nice hotel placed centrally and directly to the beach. A lovely and nice area for relaxing or basis for business
