Chamber maid did not clean up the room for the whole stay (3 nights). Pool was closed for renovation. No sign of an information on web regarding this matter whatsoever. Sea was cold and we chose this hotel only because of the heated pool... |

The hotel is sitting right on the beach (next to the Crowne Plaza) and one does not need to cross a busy street to go to the beach. The food is excellent (at least during the free breakfast time) and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are amazing (from each room balcony up to the Africa Hall to the hotel lobby and the restaurants). There is also the heated indoor swiming I am not sure if it was the cleaners or the doors. The main issue I have with the hotels (actually the same issue for the other two hotels I have stayed in Israel during my 8-day trip) was the noise of the banging of the doors. I wanted to sleep more but the doors outside were really noisy. Can't they just put rubber cushion on the doors to prevent the noise? |

Room cleaning-twise a day and breakfast: both service and menu. Nobody at the reception desk would smile ever! Also, they do not open teh door for you when you go in or out from the hotel, although it is called 5 star hotel. |

comfortable room, good location on seashore. Although a fine hotel, it was overpriced. We paid well over 300 dollars for a room. At that rate one would expect the standard of room comfort and breakfast set by Dan Tel-Aviv, the city's best hotel. |

location on the beach plus easy access into the city. There is a gym and small pool plus the possibility to run along the beach. the breakfast is great a huge choice. i ate in one of the restaurants one night and found the food to be ok but not great considering the standing of the hotel. |

I have liked everything about your hotel, especially the people working in it all VERY nice, very helpful and very competent in every possible respect... I have no negative note whatsoever, it will be my choice any time I am coming back to Tel Aviv (this hotel and no other). It is also, in my opinion the very best location in Tel Aviv, directly on the beach and with an unobstructed view on the sea and on the whole bay... I will unreservedly recommend your hotel to anyone. Thank you so much and Shalom. |

A good combination of being located in central part of Tel-Aviv and on a beachside. Two things: 1) If you stay longer than a few days, you'll be bored by same breakfasts every day; and 2) such hotels should have free WiFi, paying 20 bucks per day in an advanced communication age is a rip off. |
