ubicacion, desayuno, playa, vista, accesibilidad, las habitaciones cuentan con una decoracion bastante demodee, es menester aggiornarllas, ademas me parece que un hotel de esa categoria deberia contar con wi fi free, y queno no sea tan complicado acceder al uso de una computadora en el business center |

Proximity to beach and boardwalk Parking situation is atrocious and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I will not stay at this hotel again due to mediocre accomodations, unhelpful staff, and impossible parking situation. |

The location by the sea was perfect. The health club and the pool were really nice.the breakfast was lovely. Even though we had requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled of statle smoke. |

The working stuff was nice and friendly, good location, nice room, the price is a bit too high. Good view. Anybody could come into hotel and use the lift to go to any floor. I wish there would a system that only those who had room-key could accesss the lift. |

We were first greeted by the bellman, Solomon,an older man, who impressed us with his concern that we were comfortable and well taken care of. He gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel and the city. We enjoyed the beach and swimming pool and the the cafe in the lounge. The next day of our stay, Solomon facilitated our departure. We hope that he is recognized for his professionalism, his interest in us as clients, and his exceptional service. Dr. Cynthia Todd and Mr. Larry Sexton It was fine. |

Located at the beach, but there are many others much nicer. Very dissaponting. Dirty, very dirty carpets, walls, etc. It smells bad. Small rooms, our trash was not removed in 4 days. Not wheelchair accesible. Very poorly maintained. Rennaissance: this hotel is way below your standards. |

Fantastic location with direct beach access, wonderful expansive breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, great massages, local cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and saloon dancing from the 1950s directly next to hotel every Saturday morning! The hotel sets you up for a wonderful experience of Tel Aviv. |
