Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel

The working stuff was nice and friendly, good location, nice room, the price is a bit too high. Good view.

Anybody could come into hotel and use the lift to go to any floor. I wish there would a system that only those who had room-key could accesss the lift.

We were first greeted by the bellman, Solomon,an older man, who impressed us with his concern that we were comfortable and well taken care of. He gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel and the city. We enjoyed the beach and swimming pool and the the cafe in the lounge. The next day of our stay, Solomon facilitated our departure. i did not like the breakfast (food) and it is very noisy, i did not like the sweaming pool

The Hotel is right on the beach but within in short walking distance of the city restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is great!

Fantastic location with direct beach access, wonderful expansive breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, great massages, local cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and saloon dancing from the 1950s directly next to hotel every Saturday morning! The hotel sets you up for a wonderful experience of Tel Aviv.

one thing - absence of own beach, another thing - no tea-port in the room (it was written in the confirmation, but there was not)

I enjoyed the business lounge with free drinks and internet connection. The room on the 16th floor was nice and the view incredible.

Chamber maid did not clean up the room for the whole stay (3 nights). Pool was closed for renovation. No sign of an information on web regarding this matter whatsoever. Sea was cold and we chose this hotel only because of the heated pool...

The hotel is sitting right on the beach (next to the Crowne Plaza) and one does not need to cross a busy street to go to the beach. The food is excellent (at least during the free breakfast time) and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are amazing (from each room balcony up to the Africa Hall to the hotel lobby and the restaurants). There is also the heated indoor swiming

I am not sure if it was the cleaners or the doors. The main issue I have with the hotels (actually the same issue for the other two hotels I have stayed in Israel during my 8-day trip) was the noise of the banging of the doors. I wanted to sleep more but the doors outside were really noisy. Can't they just put rubber cushion on the doors to prevent the noise?
