The renovated hotel. The room has a marvelous view to the Meditaranian beach.The furniture is in a mediterenian blue and white design, not new but in a perfect condition and very clear. Free wi fi in lobby. The hotel is quiet and the personell is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Close to the city center of Netania with many gift shops and dinner places around.About 10 minutes walk to the city market if you want to buy fresh fruits. About 20 minutes walk from the central bus station to all destinations. If you drive - it is only 30-40 min from the Ben Gurion airport and Tel a Viv.

Lovely panorama view over beach and beach promenade. Easy access to the beach thanks to the beach elevator. Clean hotel. Good and fresh breakfasts. Free Broadband was available, but only in and around the lobby. We would really have appreciated if it was available in the rooms as well. This hotel is, just as most Israeli hotels, in need of refurbishment. They are generally rather run down - you get a feeling that nothing substancial has been done for many years.

I think it is excellent value for money considering the number one location. Room comfortable, spacious and clean. I found some nights the guests were noisy in the common area outside my room

My son and I enjoyed the staff. They were kind and helpful. My trip was about trying to see my grandchildren which was personal but still they took the time to offer us their help. Thank you.

Good location for summer holidays. The russian-speaking staff was not friendly with russian guests.If you have an early excursion it is not impossible to have a take-away breakfast.

WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei in der Lobby. Die Zimmer (im 8. Stock) sind schön renoviert. Leider kein frischer Orangensaft beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Lage. Frühstück. Flure abgewohnt. Zimmer gut. Preis Leistung völlig OK. Kein WLAN auf den Zimmern. Sollte heute Standard sein.

отличное расположение непосредственно около лифта на пляж, отличный вид из окна на море, балкон(небольшой), хорошая уборка номера кондиционер в номере работает просто как вентилятор и в жаркую погоду практически бесполезен. плохая шумоизоляция. доступ в интернет - только в общественных зонах на первом этаже.

Местоположение прекрасное. До центра города 5 минут по набережной, все под рукой - банки, кафешки, магазинчики. До лифта на пляж рукой подать, пару шагов. Еда кошерная, но голодным не останешься, наесться вполне можно. Номер староват, но все чистенько.

Вид из окна Сбрасывайте 2 "звезды" и вы получите реальную классификацию отелей в Израиле. Завтрак был ужасный. Столовая находилась в подвалном помещении. Не было нормального кофе, хлеба и фруктов.( маца, растворимый кофе , даже масла к салатам не было).Очень много можно съэкономить на гостях отеля , мотивируя это религиозными праздниками. Комната ни разу за неделю не убиралась. Только кровать заправляли. Пыль и мусор на полу не вытирались.

Wer ein preiswertes Hotel sucht, ist im Residence gut aufgehoben. Netanya liegt 3okm nördlich Tel Aviv am Meer. Nach Jerusalem sind es 100 km, nach Haifa 70 km. Man kann also die größten Sehenwürdigkeiten von diesem Ort als Tagestour gut erreichen. Auch Nazareth und der See Genezareth sind gut erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, großes Panoramafenster und Balkon vorhanden, ebenso ein großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Frühstück ist ausreichend und im Preis enthalten. Daher werde ich hier wieder einchecken, sollte ich wieder nach Israel reisen. Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ist ein Pluspunkt. Der zentrale Platz des Ortes ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes.

De locatie, een goed matras en een uitgebreid ontbijt.. Twee slapeloze nachten, omdat in beide nachten verschillende keren een vals brandalarm afging. Als dit brandsysteem niet wordt vervangen/gerepareerd raden wij het hotel niemand aan. Onverschillige balie medewerkers. Wel erg eenvoudig voor een 3 sterren hotel.

Очень симпатичный отель, чисто, аккуратно, доброжелательный персонал, практически все говорят в т.ч. на русском языке. Для Израиля, это скорее неуверенная четверка, чем очень уверенная 3+! Прекрасное месторасположение, рядом много ресторанов, магазинов. Шикарный пляж с отдельной бухтой для серфинга и кайтсерфинга. В январе, в основном пожилые пары, в сезон, говорят больше молодежи. Скромный завтрак, но вполне достаточный. Интернет только в лобби отеля

Emplacement face a la mer, et proche du Centre. Vue Mer magnifique Petit dejeuner correct Hotel meritant au mieux, un 2 etoiles. Decoration triste voire deprimante. Equipement et mobilier, reduit a sa plus simple expression, Chambres petites et aucune insonnorisation.
