The Hotel is in a good location for going out on trips in Gallile and around the see of Gallile, it was veryrekaxing to come back after a day trip to the hotel and relax outside in the garden next to the pool, or inside near the bar. The staff was very nice, the service was excllent and friendly, I higly recommend.

The free parking, friendly staff, good location for touring Galilee.

The sleeping and shower/bath facilities. The beds were comfortable and the water temperature and pressure were excellent.

There was nothing that seemed to be out of place.

Not too bad in terms of location, very close to Tiberias down town (3 minutes by walk) and nice place to discover the surroundings. not more than 1 night !!!

Not a good hotel. Old fashion, not renovated for long time. everything is old and not attractive. the bedroom was regular. if only to sleep, it is acceptable, not nothing enthousiastic at all. breakfast is just awfull. service is bad

The hotel overall is very nice inside and out, the location is ok, about a ten minute walk to the Galilee seaside shopping etc. The hotel let us leave our suitcases in the lobby after we checked out so we could spend the day in sightseeing with no worries so that was nice.

We had two rooms and one of them had problems with the air conditioning, the food during breakfast was not fresh, milk was sour so we had to ask the staff to bring fresh milk out, so I was disappointed with that.

Directly across from the Central Bus Station, so very easy to get in and out. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping and entertainment areas. Clean and comfortable.

Great location, staff and pricing; away from the chaos of the beach hotels but within walking distance of the waterfront.

It was fine - location was unattractive but close to old town. Room was clean and a good size.

The breakfast was awful. We got there well before the advertised closing time but the hotel obviously caters to large tour groups that eat early, with the result that we were the only people in the large breakfast room and were made to feel like a real nuisance, while the staff cleaned up around us. The breakfast food was horrible.

Location is great for exploring Tiberias. Close to the center (it's behind the bus station), the beach and everything interesting to see is in a walking distance. Quite modern, clean and convinient.

חדרים נקיים ומשופצים. הכל חדש ונקי. אוירה טובה ונעימה.

היינו רק לילה אחד אז לא נתקלנו בבעיות..
