Rimonim Eilat (Formely known as Neptune) Hotel  

Meal is good, water pool not bad.

Very dreadful beach, dirty, full cigarette butt, piece of bottle glass. Very dangerous for small children. On room balcony every time fall cigarette butts from upstairs. We had first floor and under balcony many butts and broken ashtray. During 7 days stay I asked to clean, but got only pretty smile. I ordered sea view family room, but from first floor we sow only cigarettes buts under balcony. This is not 5 stars!!!

It's a great location with great views and an excellent breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Except for one notable exception, the front desk staff were very abrupt and can be rude. Also the pool area is very noisy.

- Convenient location near the sea, close to both the tourist area and the city center. - Own private beach. - Proximity of supermarkets and shopping centers. - Good breakfast. - Balcony in the room.

- The hotel does not match the declared status of five star hotel. In my opinion, its level is between the three-star and four-star hotel. - Despite the fact that we've been there in March, before beginning of the tourist season in April, we have been refused in the late check-out. We asked about access to our room until 6 p.m. in advanced, when I booked the room, and after that I wrote email to administrator, who answered me that this problem will be decided at the check-in. - ALL additional services including a gym are not free. - Not enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. - It's very noisy at night, at least in the rooms overlooking the sea.

They keep the place beautiful and clean. The food is great and the beach wonderful.

The Rimonim is not a five star hotel as advertised by booking.com! Maybe it was 20 years ago. I would say its a very expensive 3 star hotel.

Staff very very bad, they do not clean the room in the 2 days I stayed , I dint recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful, there is a fridge in the room. The sea view was fantastic. Almost all the rooms have the sea view. The breakfast was great - very wide choice of cheese, fish, salads, bakery etc. If you are travelling with kids, the hotel has activities for them in the evening: a magician, acrobats etc.

It can be noisy with all the kids running around, but if you don't mind them - it's a great hotel.

Too noisy in the breakfeast restaurant sometimes. My first impression was like eating at IKEA, but better food :-)

отличное расположение отеля на побережье, все номера с видом на море. выход прямо из отеля на пляж и местный брод вей для вечерних прогулок. хорошие двухкомнатные номера, чистые и уютные. отличное соотношение цена-качество.

ужинать лучше в местных ресторанчиках на побережье, дешевле и вкуснее.в спа, лучше бы не ходил - единственное разочарование.
