The hotel was so awful that we decided to cut our stay short in Eilat; the staff, however, was very accommodating with our refund and storing our luggage until we needed to leave for the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful and clearly the highlight of the hotel. The live music in the lobby was also very nice. The mold in the bathroom; the heavy perfume smell in the elevators, hallways and room to mask the cigarette smoke. |

Very Clean, polite and helpful staff, excellent food and good value for moeny. The view of the Red Sea from our window was truly wonderful. In the evenings in the foyer, the musical entertainment was so loud that it was impossible to engage in normal conversation there and, indeed, unless one wanted this kind of entertainment, which was rather of a low level, it was impossible to sit and relax anywhere in that area. On another rather more trivial point, after the evening meal, it was possible to obtain hot water and tea bags. This could be extended, at minimal additional cost to include coffee and decaff and sliced lemon. |

Perfect view from the room, rooms are quite clean, customer service works quite well, all requests are fullfilled quickly and the quality is checked by customer service, good food beds are short and not very comfortable, a bit noisy from the promenade |

Nothing special abt a 4-star hotel. Generally good location to sea front & shopping promenade. Worn-off interior fit-out. Great cusomer service & bonus complimentary baby food. Good enough for a short stay. |

the swimming pool was great. proximity to the beach/beach front was good. breakfast was excellent (but definitely too busy after 8:30am) the rooms were not 100% cleaned and outside /balcony furniture was not cleaned. carpets very dirty. fittings in bathrooms falling off. request for high floor ignored (was put on 1st floor). air conditioning had to be on MAX adequate (we were not sweating) but could have been much better. sound on TV was terrible (had to have volume on max to try hear). one room key did not work and took 2 attempts to get fixed. In fairness, we did not complain about any of this - so we did not give hotel a chance to change our room (we were already unpacked). |

the location is perfect for a beach vacation. breakfast had a good choice of food for israelis, (kosher) , but not for foreigners who prefer meat , or lunch style food for breakfast. the rooms were spacious and nice with view to the red sea and the pool. the staff. not attentive in the dining room. not cleaning the room properly, not replenishing towels, coffee, toilet paper. had to ask for them. very noisy music in the lobby in the evenings. had to flee from the lobby. reception staff not cooperative, probably not enough trained, and each one handled diferently same situation, (i.e. check in ) , and had diferent answers to same situation . (there was no available bellboy to help with luggage ) . |

Замечательное расположение отеля в первой линии у моря. Очень удобно, что есть свой пляж и очень хороший бассейн у отеля. Кормят очень хорошо и разнообразно. Однако номер и, особенно, ванная комната в номере могли бы быть и побольше, учитывая, что это не туристическая гостиница, а отель для отдыха. Двум людям развернуться трудновато. Отель обслуживает международную публику, особенно много русскоязычного народа, поэтому вызывает удивление вывешиваемая в отеле информация, например, о выступлении вечером артистов, только на иврите (даже не на английском, не говоря уже о русском), что вызывает неприятное ощущение, что вас тут не очень ждут. Это надо учитывать при выборе этого отеля. |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren super ok. Hoteleinrichtungen auch Lobby, Pool, Frühstück etc. Von dem Zimmer waren wir nicht so zufrieden, zu klein für 4 Personen (2/2), und das Zimmer befand sich im nichtrenovierten Teil des Hotels. |
