I liked the abundant supply of towels and the fact that they kayaks were so close to hand. I also liked the fact that there was always a lifeguard at the pool although my kids are all good swimmers. The snack bars food was nice. |

Casual, easy in and out. Double rooms, great for families. Staff help limited. Pool closes daily at 6 pm! Very dissapointing in such a hot climate! |

Cold drinks on hot days. Good value functional apartment. Great pool and kayaks on marina. The staff on reception were anything but helpful - lackof service, manners or language skills. Internet access ridiculously expensive. |

The staff was helpful and the room comfortable. There are two Rimonim hotels in Eilat, so be sure you go the correct one. |

The service was really good. every request was answered with a smile and in minimum time. The food was good. the activities for the children were very nice also. The room is very old pashioned and needs a little treatment. the bath was very old with spots of moal in the sides. The bed was very uncomfortable too soft and caused back pains. |

We have spent 4 days in this hotel. It's better to order the the room with pool view. The Laguna is a little channel, you can spend time where kayaking but it's impossible to swim there. I don't like two things in this hotel: first: we have rent the apartments and we supposed to find a dishes and all stuff in kitchen but they have only cups, little plates ans fogs. We have asked even about the knife in order to cut the watermelon. The second thing which I didn't like was the water supply - the shower in our room worked hardly and it was a problem regulate the right temperature of the water. But the clearness was good and the towels have been replaced properly. |

the staff were helpful and pleasant, assistance when we needed it was swift. the pool was nice & clean. the rooms spacious and comfortable there were no utensils in the apartment - we had to pay 30 NIS to receive cups, plates, cutlery etc. had this charge been added to the cost of the room, we would have thought nothing of it, but for the ktichen to be bare & we have to pay for the use of these items, was rather irritating. also the tv channels were not very good for foreign guests. |

There had been animation programs for children in the swimming pool which had been enjoyed by both kids and parents. Live music at nights was very pleasant. There also had been an Independence day celebration, unfortunately it had been badly announced around the guests and not many of them enjoyed the performance. The territory of the hotel, though rather small in size, and the swimming pool were clean: the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel is very close to the beach - about 5 minutes walk. Another evident positive factor - in 1 minute walk there's a nice, rather big by Eilat standards, supermarket. Booking this apartment hotel, we had planned to use the kitchen facilites, but upon arrival we were offered to pay extra money for the kitchen ware, which was rather strange. Additional remark to be made regarding reception service - sometimes poor assistance and low attention to the guests' needs and requests. |

It's facilities The rooms were clean, but even though it had a kitchen it did not have any cutlery. At a certain time they had live music in the reception area and our room was right next to it and we could not hear each other speak because of the noise. I called and they told us that they would lower the music but of course they did not. At 10PM I called again and again they told us that they would lower the music but again they did not... really horrible staff! Also breakfast was not included which made it a very expensive stay! |

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. After booking for a two bedroom apartment, 'the most spacious in the hotel', we were assigned a 1 bedroom apartment with no compensation forthcoming. This spoilt our time in Eilat as I had to constantly haggle with the manager for some sort of reimbursement!!! I'm still waiting. |

We stayed at a family suite. It was very large and accommodating for our family. The hotel is right next to the marina, which is approximately 5-10 min walk from the beach. Price wise, it was the best deal we could find - we just needed a place to stay for our trip to Petra. For that, it was perfect. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and catered to our needs. All in all, it's a perfect place fow a family to stay a few nights. The hotel shows it's age. The rooms, while big, are old and bathrooms are a bit run down - cracked tiles, chipped sinks, etc. We had a leak in our bathroom from the room upstairs, which was corrected the next day - again the hotel staff is very very good. The hotel is full of young tourists partying at night, but it's usually only noticeable in the lobby and around it. It's absolutely safe, just a bit noisy. The room was very quiet, though. |
